Q: WHEN CAN I ENTER NAT BAILEY STADIUM FOR A GAME?

A: Gates will open one hour prior to the First Pitch.

Q: HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT THE BALLPARK?

A: On game days there is parking available on a first come, first serve basis; it is $10 (cash only) per car or $20 (cash only) for oversized vehicles like RV’s or buses. We also offer a free bike valet and are accessible via public transit. For more information please visit canadiansbaseball.com.

Q: IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING AT NAT BAILEY STADIUM?

A: We have wheelchair seating along the 3rd base line and within the hey y’all! Porch. If someone in your group requires accessible seating please let your Canadians representative know. These seats are not covered, so please plan accordingly.

Q: WHAT IS C’S CASH?

A: C’s Cash is our dollar to dollar stadium currency. It comes in $5 increments and can be used throughout the stadium to purchase food, beverage or merchandise. Please contact your C’s representative to purchase C’s Cash prior to your game date.

Q:WHAT IS THE TICKET CONCIERGE SERVICE?

A: If you are unable to arrange ticket collection with a guest attending a game in your seats, a Vancouver Canadians representative will reprint and have them at the Box Office or will call for your guest to pick up.

Q: WHAT IS MAKE UP MONDAY?

A: If you have any unused 2020 season tickets, you can call the box office to exchange them for Reserved Grandstand tickets to any of our Monday night games. These are in addition to your regular season tickets and are a great way to reward staff, friends or family (subject to availability).

Q: WHAT IS THE CHARITABLE TICKET DONATION PROGRAM?

A: The Vancouver Canadians work with a couple organizations to get tickets out to kids/families financially unable to come

to games; the primary organization is Kids Up Front. If you know in advance (minimum two weeks) that you are unable to

attend a game, we can donate the tickets to Kids Up Front on your behalf to distribute them. You will receive a tax receipt

for your donation.

Q: CAN I CONSIGN OR TRANSFER MY SEASON TICKETS?

A: Yes, by logging into your My Tickets Account. Contact your C’s representative for further details.
