Full Season Ticket Benefits Include:

  • Forward, consign, donate, recall, and print tickets through our online portal
  • Tickets that are consigned back will receive credit on accounts when sold

  • Split payment of your season tickets into separate payments
  • Credit cards will be charged on the same date each month
  • Fans choosing payment plans for season tickets are subjected to a $30 service fee per account
  • All service fees will be included in the first payment installment
  • Season Tickets must be paid in full before Opening Day
    ** Payment of season tickets must be made up to date. Fans renewing or purchasing season tickets during the second installment, for example, will need to pay the first and second installment at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will then be split over the remaining payment periods

Q: WHEN CAN I ENTER NAT BAILEY STADIUM FOR A GAME?

A: Gates will open one hour prior to the First Pitch.

Q: HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY SEASON TICKETS?

A: For Season Ticket Holders who would like a physical booklet, we will be able to courier your tickets to you directly or have them available for pick up at the stadium.

Q: HOW DOES PARKING WORK AT THE BALLPARK?

A: On game days there is parking available on a first come, first serve basis; it is $10 per car or $20 for oversized vehicles like RV’s or buses. We also offer a free bike valet and are accessible via public transit. For more information please visit canadiansbaseball.com.

Q: IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING AT NAT BAILEY STADIUM?

A: We have wheelchair seating along the 3rd base line and within the hey y’all! Porch. If someone in your group requires accessible seating please let your Canadians representative know. These seats are not covered, so please plan accordingly.

Q: WHAT IS C’S CASH?

A: C’s Cash is our dollar to dollar stadium currency. It comes in $5 increments and can be used throughout the stadium to purchase food, beverage or merchandise. Please contact your C’s representative to purchase C’s Cash prior to your game date.

Q:WHAT IS THE TICKET CONCIERGE SERVICE?

A: If you are unable to arrange ticket collection with a guest attending a game in your seats, a Vancouver Canadians representative will reprint and have them at the Box Office or will call for your guest to pick up.

Q: WHAT IS THE CHARITABLE TICKET DONATION PROGRAM?

A: The Vancouver Canadians work with a couple organizations to get tickets out to kids/families financially unable to come

to games; the primary organization is Kids Up Front. If you know in advance (minimum two weeks) that you are unable to

attend a game, we can donate the tickets to Kids Up Front on your behalf to distribute them. You will receive a tax receipt

for your donation.

Q: CAN I CONSIGN OR TRANSFER MY SEASON TICKETS?

A: Yes, by logging into your My Tickets Account. Contact your C’s representative for further details.

  • If a complete game cannot be played due to weather, your ticket becomes an undated voucher that can be redeemed for a ticket of the same value to a future 2023 Canadians game (subject to availability).
  • Alcohol service ends at the conclusion of the 7th Inning unless otherwise posted and is subject to change at the team’s discretion.
  • Nat Bailey Stadium is a family venue, guests not adhering to the Vancouver Canadians Fan Code of Conduct will be asked to leave without ticket refund.
  • No outside food or drink is permitted.
  • Any credit from consigned back season tickets will be held in your account and can be put towards Vancouver Canadians tickets. It will not be refunded back to you.

Refund Policy for Cancelled or Impacted Games at Nat Bailey Stadium

Due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vancouver Canadians may be required to (a) cancel or suspend an Event and not reschedule or resume it, (b) cancel or suspend an Event and reschedule or resume it in a different locale or (c) hold an Event without fans, or with limited fans, in attendance (each, a "COVID-19 Suspension"). If a Game or other Event is subject to a COVID-19 Suspension that prevents the Holder from using this ticket, the Holder of this ticket may exchange for any future home date for a ticket of the same value or less based on availability during the same calendar year.
