_Starting Friday, August 27th, under the Governor’s direction the OHA rule will require masks for all individuals over the age of 5 – regardless of vaccination status – in outdoor settings in which individuals from different households are unable to consistently maintain physical distance. The rule does not apply to fleeting encounters, such as two individuals walking past one another. Masks may also be removed while eating or drinking. Masks remain required for all individuals – regardless of vaccination status – in all indoor settings. Please make sure to have a mask on you at all times while in attendance. _

Pay a deposit for your first 50 tickets
SELL, SELL, SELL! Your group sells tickets for $12, keeping $4 on every tickets sold
Pay off the remaining balance 7 days before the fundraiser game date

Ticket Policies for 2021 Season -- Home Games played in Hillsboro, OR

Checking Tickets
You must have your ticket stub on you at all times. If any C’s staff member asks to see your ticket you must be able to present it to them.

Children's Tickets
Any fan of two (2) years or younger and sitting on a lap does not require a ticket. If you want your child to have their own seat in Field Reserved, Field Box, Club or Premium seating you must purchase a ticket for them.

Handicapped Seating
Ron Tonkin Field adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for accessible handicapped seating. There are handicapped seats in all three seating levels. If you require handicapped seating, please inform your ticket representative when ordering your seats.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please monitor your tickets at all times by keeping them in a safe, secure place. The Vancouver Canadians are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and they will not be replaced.

Rained Out Games or other cancelations
The Vancouver Canadians make every possible attempt to complete or make up every home game. However, in the event of an unfortunate rain-out or other circumstance, in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading):

Tickets from any regular season home game that was re-scheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances out of our control will simply become an undated voucher - exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value - to any remaining regular season game. Please try to book your new game in advance, as this is based on availability.

Tickets from a rainout do not automatically grant entry into the re-scheduled game(s). The ticket must be exchanged for a new game day ticket through our Box Office.

Re-Entry
Ticket holders are not allowed re-entry after vacating the venue. Please plan accordingly for changing weather conditions.

Seating Levels
You are required to sit in the seating level that you purchase. Upgrades may be available at the ticket window.

Ticket Refunds
All sales and payments are final. Ticket payments are non-refundable.

Field Box Seating (Individual seat): $18.00

Ticket Purchases
Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person. Online and phone orders will incur a convenience fee.

Notice: tickets represent a revocable license. The holder of Canadians tickets voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball and promotional events associated therewith, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation the danger of being injured by objects entering the stands or other areas. The holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with any Act of God or terrorism which may occur while inside the stadium or on stadium grounds. The holder specifically agrees that the Vancouver Canadians City of Hillsboro, event sponsors, participating baseball clubs, their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, players, and other related individuals are not liable for injuries or losses resulting from such causes. The holder acknowledges and consents to the use of photographic or electronic reproductions of his or her image, voice and likeness for promotional or other purposes. Furthermore, by use of this ticket the holder agrees that they will not transmit or aid in the transmitting of any description, account, photograph, drawing, film, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the event. All sales are final - NO REFUNDS. Entry may be refused to the ticket holder by refunding the stated price. Exchanges will not be honored, unless otherwise stated as a benefit to ticket package holders - NO EXCHANGES. The ticket holder is not allowed to re-enter the venue after vacating - NO RE-ENTRY. Any person behaving abusively or inappropriately may be removed/ejected from the premises without refund. If ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, replacement may be issued on a case by case basis. If the game specified by this ticket is not played the ticket may be exchanged at the box office for one of equal or lesser value to any regular season home game, subject to availability.
