Auto-Renewal Terms & Conditions

By purchasing your Visalia Rawhide ticket package online and selecting an auto-renewal payment option, you understand that you are enrolling in the Visalia Rawhide Auto-Renewal program and confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

  1. THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER AGREES TO ENTER, AND THEREBY DOES ENTER, INTO AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SEASON TICKET PROGRAM. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, EACH SEASON TICKET THAT IS PURCHASED BY THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AND PURCHASED BY THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER FOR EACH SEASON THAT OCCURS FOLLOWING THE EXPIRY OF THE INITIAL SEASON TICKET PURCHASE TERM AT THE THEN PREVAILING TICKET PRICES, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER CHOOSES TO CANCEL THEIR TICKET PACKAGE OR OPT-OUT OF THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SEASON TICKET PROGRAM BY THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH BELOW.

  2. SEASON TICKET MEMBERS MAY OPT-OUT OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL PROGRAM ANY TIME BEFORE THE RENEWAL DEADLINE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE INITIATION OF SUCH SEASON BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO [email protected], TELEPHONING (559) 732-4433, OR BY COMPLETING ANY ONLINE OPT-OUT FORM MADE AVAILABLE BY THE VISALIA RAWHIDE. (FOR EXAMPLE, TO CANCEL A TICKET PACKAGE OR OPT-OUT OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL PROGRAM FOR
    THE 2028 SEASON, CANCELLATION OR OPT-OUT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE VISALIA RAWHIDE ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1ST, 2027).

  3. The Visalia Rawhide will send a written renewal notice to Season Ticket Members at least 30 days prior to the renewal deadline each year. This renewal notice will specify any changes to the price of the Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season as well as any other material changes to Season Ticket benefits. The Visalia Rawhide reserves the right to introduce new pricing and benefits before each Season, in phases or at once before the renewal deadline.

  4. Any Season Ticket Member who opts-out of the auto-renewal program on a timely basis no longer will be enrolled in the automatic renewal season ticket program. Season Ticket Members opting out of the auto-renewal program will retain their Season Ticket Member status for the remainder of the current Season, and any outstanding or future Season Ticket payments relating to the current Season must be paid by the Season Ticket Member when due.

  5. If an opt-out notice is not received by the Visalia Rawhide on or before the renewal deadline, the Season Ticket Member’s Season Ticket(s) automatically shall be renewed for the upcoming Season, the Season Ticket Member shall be obligated to purchase such Season Ticket(s) for such upcoming Season, and the purchase price of such Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season shall be due and payable in accordance with the payment option selected by the Season Ticket Member for the immediately preceding Season.

  6. Your purchase will be payable in, and you will be charged, payments that are based on the payment option selected at the time of purchase. If you enrolled in the Auto-Renewal Payment Plan, your membership will renew in future seasons on an 8-payment schedule each year, with payments processed monthly on August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15 and March 15. Note that, depending on the timing of your initial purchase, your payment plan for the 2027 season may involve fewer than 8 payments, if some scheduled payment dates had already passed at the time of purchase. Your membership will still renew on a 8-payment schedule for future years. If you enrolled in Auto-Renewal Pay in Full, your membership will renew with a single payment processed each year before the upcoming season, on October 15 of the previous calendar year. If any payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on the following business day.

  7. Opting out of the auto-renewal program does not mean your Ticket Package cannot be renewed. You agree that the Visalia Rawhide may still contact you about the following season's ticket package options.

  8. Opting out of the auto-renewal program may cause you to lose certain benefits and incentives, including but not limited to any price locks or concessions credits associated with enrollment in the auto-renewal program.

  9. Current credit cards must be kept on file by the Visalia Rawhide and any changes communicated to the Visalia Rawhide in a timely fashion. If you have not opted-out of the auto-renewal program, your credit card on file will be charged for your ticket package renewal. You acknowledge and agree to notify us if any of your credit card information changes.

  10. Once a purchase is made, the ticket package holder whose credit card is on file with the Visalia Rawhide is responsible for all payments until the next renewal period (i.e. the next season).

  11. Because we will be providing you with notices from time to time under these auto-renewal program Terms and Conditions, it is important that we maintain your current contact information. You acknowledge and agree to notify us if any of your contact information changes.
