Auto-Renewal allows you to secure your season tickets for future seasons without having to manually renew each year, and unlocks the biggest benefits of your membership to The Brand. You may enroll in either our Auto-Renew Payment Plan, which automatically renews your membership on an 8-payment schedule in future seasons, or our Auto-Renew Pay in Full option, which automatically renews your membership with a single annual payment.

By remaining enrolled in Auto-Renewal, you'll continue to receive your Early Auto-Renewal benefits for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 seasons, including locked pricing and bonus Loaded Value credits.

Members who qualify for the Early Auto-Renewal offer will receive a Bonus Loaded Value credit on every eligible Season Membership ticket for every game included in their plan.

The Loaded Value credits are stored on the barcode of your digital tickets. Simply scan your digital ticket from your phone at concession stands to access the credit and apply it toward your purchase of food and beverages.

Loaded Value is valid only for the game associated with that ticket, may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, and expires at the conclusion of that game if unused.

Members who qualify for the Early Auto-Renewal offer will receive complimentary admission to every Ballpark Lights event during the 2026 holiday season. Eligible members will receive the same number of complimentary admissions per event as the number of seats included in their Season Membership plan.

Simply stop by the Box Office at any Ballpark Lights event and identify yourself as an eligible Early Auto-Renewal member. You'll receive your complimentary tickets for that evening's event.

You may visit as many nights as you'd like throughout the Ballpark Lights season, subject to event availability.

By enrolling in Auto-Renewal, you're committing to purchase your season ticket membership for the 2027 season using your selected payment option.

You may opt out of Auto-Renewal at any time for future seasons. To opt out prior to your membership automatically renewing for the 2028 season, you must do so by August 1, 2027. If you do not opt out by that deadline, your 2028 Season Membership will automatically renew according to your selected payment option. Auto-Renewal will continue accordingly for future seasons. Once your first scheduled payment for a season has been processed, that season's membership cannot be canceled or refunded.

When you enroll in Auto-Renewal, your membership will automatically renew each year based on the payment option you selected during enrollment.

If you enroll in the Auto-Renewal Payment Plan, your membership will renew on an 8-payment schedule each year, with payments processed monthly from August 15 through March 15. Please note that, depending on the timing of your 2027 renewal, your payment plan for the 2027 season may involve fewer than 8 payments, if some payment dates have already passed. Your membership will still renew on a 8-payment schedule for future years.

If you enroll in Auto-Renewal Pay in Full, your membership will renew with a single payment processed each year before the upcoming season, on October 15 of the previous calendar year.

You may update your payment method at any time before your next scheduled payment by contacting the Rawhide.

No. Bonus Loaded Value credits are valid only for the game associated with each eligible ticket.

Any unused Loaded Value expires at the conclusion of that game and does not carry over to future games.

Opting out of Auto-Renewal will not affect your current season’s membership, but your membership will no longer renew automatically in future seasons. You’ll still be eligible to renew without Auto-Renewal for future seasons.

Additionally, you'll no longer be eligible to receive ongoing benefits exclusive to Auto-Renewal, including locked pricing and bonus Loaded Value concessions credits for the 2027 through 2029 seasons, and the free 2026 Ballpark Lights Season Pass.
