Single Game Tickets
All Timber Rattlers single-game tickets purchased for canceled 2020 games can be exchanged and redeemed for any 2021 regular-season home game. Tickets will be able to be exchanged in person at the box office for any 2021 home game beginning in March. Fans will have a week-long opportunity to exchange tickets for 2021 prior to single-game tickets going on sale to the general public.
Single Game Ticket Packages (Frozen, Princess, Star Wars, Pride, Margaritaville, Girls Night Out, Superhero, Seinfield, Bratoberfest)
All Timber Rattlers single-game ticket packages purchased for canceled 2020 games can be exchanged and redeemed for the similar 2021 theme night. All canceled theme nights will be rescheduled for 2021 dates with the same theme/giveaway that was planned in 2020. Tickets can be exchanged in person at the box office or over the phone for a 2021 game in January when single-game ticket packages go on sale and our promo schedule is released.
Yooper Day Ticket Package Holders
Individuals with Yooper Day Ticket packages can pick up their hats at our front office during normal business hours. Tickets can be exchanged in person at the box office or over the phone for any 2021 regular-season game beginning in March.
Ticket Vouchers
All Timber Rattlers ticket vouchers that are good for the 2020 regular season can be exchanged and redeemed for any 2021 regular-season home game. Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the box office or over the phone for a 2021 game in March when single-game tickets go on sale.
Reading Club Ticket Vouchers
All Timber Rattlers Reading Club ticket vouchers that are good for the 2020 regular season can be exchanged and redeemed for any April game in 2021. Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the box office or over the phone for a 2021 April game in March when single-game tickets go on sale.
Kid's Crew Sunday Ticket Vouchers
All Timber Rattlers Kid's Crew ticket vouchers that are good for 2020 Sunday games can be exchanged and redeemed for any 2021 Sunday home game. Vouchers can be exchanged in person at the box office or over the phone for a 2021 game in March when single-game tickets go on sale.
Full Season, Mini-Package, Business Membership, Suite and Group Outing Ticket Holders
