Homestand Highlights: June 3-9

Spider-Man, Star Wars™ Night, Salute to Cows, and Fireworks welcome the Rattlers home

GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers return to Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium for a six-game, seven-day homestand from June 3 through June 9 after a long road trip. Fans can meet Spider-Man, enjoy Star Wars™ Night, watch postgame fireworks, pick up a bobblehead and other great giveaways, and see Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza pitch twice as the Rattlers welcome the Kane County Cougars and Clinton LumberKings to town.

  • FRIDAY, June 3 at 7:05pm; Superhero Night with Spider-Man Appearance; Arty's Old Fashioned Friday with WIXX; FOX 11 Fireworks; Kids Run the Bases presented by Molina Healthcare:  The Amazing Spider-Man is web-slinging through the Fox Cities for Superhero Night on the first game of the homestand. Spidey will be on hand to toss a first pitch and meet fans for handshakes and photos throughout the night. Arty's Old Fashioned drinks will be available to fans 21 and over for $3 as part of Arty's Old Fashioned Friday. Children 14 and under may participate in Kids Run the Bases thanks to Molina Healthcare after the game.
     
  • SATURDAY, June 4 at 6:35pm; Star Wars™ Night; Matt Garza MLB Rehab Start; Jersey Auction for Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin; Poster giveaway sponsored by Van Lanen; North Shore Bank Family Night with WIXX; Kids Run the Bases presented by Tundraland; Festival Foods Fireworks:  Star Wars™ Night is back and so are characters from the movies. The first 1,000 fans to enter the gates will receive a Star Wars™-themed player poster featuring Luis Aviles, Mitch Ghelfi, Nate Griep, and Matt Erickson. Players, including Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza, and coaches will be wearing special jerseys based on R2-D2 from the movie series. There will be a silent auction held during the game for the game-worn jerseys with the proceeds going to Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin. Garza will be making the second of his three rehabilitation starts for the Timber Rattlers during this game. After the game, enjoy a Star Wars™-themed fireworks display of the season courtesy of Festival Foods. Children 14 and under may run the bases courtesy of Tundraland after the fireworks.
     
  • SUNDAY, June 5 at 1:05pm; Brewers Sunday with Rasmussen College & 107.5, The Fan; Catch on the Field; Player Autographs:  Fans may play catch on-field courtesy of Rasmussen College starting at noon. During the game, Timber Rattlers players and coaches will be wearing their Brewers Sunday jerseys. Then, players will be available for a postgame autograph session sponsored by Tundraland.
     
  • TUESDAY, June 7 at 7:05pm; Timber Rattlers Helmet Toothbrush Holder Giveaway from Elite Smiles Dental; Pregame Performance by United States Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team; Baker Tilly Business Person, Military, & Senior Citizens Special presented by WVBO and AM1280, WNAM:  The Rattlers get back to action on Tuesday after an off day on Monday with game one of a series against the Clinton LumberKings. The first 1,000 fans to enter the stadium will receive a toothbrush holder in the shape of a Timber Rattlers helmet courtesy of Elite Smiles Dental. The United States Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team will perform before the game. Show your business card when you purchase a ticket and for $13.50 you will receive a box seat ticket, a beverage and your choice of brat or hot dog for the Business Person Special. The offer is also available to military personnel and senior citizens (55 & older) courtesy of Baker Tilly, WVBO, and AM1280 WNAM.
     
  • WEDNESDAY, June 8 at 7:05pm; Bang for Your Buck Night with Y100:  All fans may enjoy Cher-Make hotdogs and Pepsi products for $1. Fans 21 and older may purchase 12-ounce domestic beers for $1 as a part of Bang for Your Buck Night at the ballpark with Y100!
     
  • THURSDAY, June 9 at 7:05pm; Salute to Cows!; Jake Gatewood Bobblehead Giveaway presented by Milk Source; Matt Garza MLB Rehab Start; Craft Brews & Brats Thursday presented by Fat Tire and Fox River Brewing Company with 95.9 KISS FM: The tradition returns as the Rattlers hold their annual Salute to Cows! Help celebrate this important Wisconsin industry by coming out to the game for several cow-themed promotions and more. The first 1,000 fans to enter the stadium will receive a bobblehead of Brewers prospect and Timber Rattlers third baseman Jake Gatewood wearing his cow-patterned jersey from 2015. Matt Garza is scheduled to make his final rehab start for the Rattlers on this night. Fans of legal drinking age may enjoy 12-ounce craft beers for $2 on Craft Brews & Brats Thursday. Cher-Make brats are also just $2 and they are available for everyone. Beers from Fox River Brewing Company, Fat Tire, and many, many more will be available. On the way out of the ballpark, Lamers Dairy will have some products for fans to sample. Present the ticket to this game at World of Beer after the game and receive a free beer there.

Full season, partial season, and group ticket packages are currently available for the 2016 season. Tickets packages are available online, over the phone at (920) 733-4152 or (800) WI-TIMBER and in person. Groups of 20 or more may order tickets over the phone or in person. Individual game tickets for the 2016 are on sale now. The Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium Box Office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
