Rain Postpones Friday's Game in Augusta

AUGUSTA, GA - Due to rain in the area, Friday's game against the Augusta GreenJackets has been postponed and moved to Saturday as part of a doubleheader. Both games will be seven innings long, with the first starting at 5:05 p.m. Game two will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.
Columbia is 5-3 in doubleheaders this season, the last occurring on June 10 when the Fireflies swept the Charleston RiverDogs in a twin bill.
