Parking is limited directly around the ballpark. Here are the lots we recommend parking in:

- The parking lot in front of Memorial Field. Memorial Field is a city owned facility located just above McCormick Field. This is free parking and has roughly 50 spaces available. This lot will fill up first and quickly on busy nights.

- The Minnie Jones Health Center lot. This is a doctor’s office located approximately 3 blocks away on Biltmore Avenue. This is also free parking and a short walk to the ballpark.

- Asheville Gastroenterology Associates. Located at 191 Biltmore Avenue and across the street from the ballpark.

Pets are not permitted inside McCormick Field, except for Doggies at the Diamond games. However, service animals are welcome.

Rain Check Policy

If an official game is not played, that being 4.5 innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if the visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. In this case, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future non-restricted home game. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the McCormick Field Box Office. Tickets for official games that are suspended after becoming an official contest do not qualify as rain checks.

Once you have been admitted through the ticket gate, re-entry to McCormick Field is permitted for that event. If a guest needs to re-enter, fans are asked to visit Lassonde Industries Guest Services for a re-entry hand stamp.
