The Birmingham Barons and ABC 33/40 want to recognize the outstanding individuals who make a difference every day!

We invite you to nominate a Hometown Hero—whether they’re a First Responder, Active Duty Military, Veteran, Teacher, Healthcare Worker, or any other dedicated community member who puts Birmingham and the surrounding areas first.

How It Works:
Every Tuesday, the Barons will honor a Hometown Hero of the Game, highlighting their service and commitment to our community. Each selected hero will receive:
✔ In-game recognition
✔ The opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch
✔ Tickets to the game in their honor
