The Bowling Green Hot Rods strive to be a strong member of the community. Throughout the year our front office staff, players, coaches, and mascots participate in local community events.
APPEARANCE REQUEST GUIDELINES
If you would like to request an appearance for your organization, please fill out the official appearance request form below and adhere to the following guidelines:
- All requests must be made on the Hot Rods official appearance request form
- All requests for a mascot appearance must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date
- Appearances will only be provided to organizations within a 30 minute driving distance of Bowling Green Ballpark, unless approved by Hot Rods Staff
