- P Elvis Peguero has been claimed off waivers from the Milwaukee Brewers and assigned to Charlotte's active roster

- P Zach Franklin has been sent from Birmingham to Charlotte's active roster

- INF Tim Elko has been reinstated from his MLB rehab assignment and sent from the Chicago White Sox to Charlotte's active roster

- P Adisyn Coffey has been sent from Charlotte to Birmingham

- P Caleb Freeman has been sent from Charlotte to Birmingham
