Shelby enters his 20th year in the Blue Jays organization, and his 11th as Director of Florida Operations. Shelby joined the Toronto Blue Jays in 2001 as an Account Executive. in 2003, he was promoted to Manager of Product Development, and eventually became the Manager of Group Sales. In 2007, Shelby was named Director of Retail Sales before joining the Dunedin Blue Jays as GM in 2008.
He studied Sports Management in York University in Toronto, Canada, and currently resides in Palm Harbor, Florida with his wife and three children.
Mike is beginning his 10th full season with the Blue Jays and his fourth as General Manager after joining the staff in 2011 as Manager of Corporate Sales and Service.
He is originally from Rochester, NY prior to his family relocating to Port Charlotte, FL. Mike played collegiate baseball locally at St. Petersburg College and later at Embry-Riddle University, where he graduated in 2003.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys kayaking, fishing, and following the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.
Dea joined the staff in November 2018 as the Administrative Assistant for Florida Operations.
Dea grew up in Staunton, VA but moved to Florida from England where her and her husband, Jay, resided for 3 years. They now live in Port Richey with their black lab Shadow and Siberian Husky Miska. Dea also has 2 sons, Jamie and Tim and 5 grandchildren.
Dea worked for FOX13 in Tampa before finding the dream job with the Blue Jays! She is an avid baseball fan and enjoys UNC men's basketball.
Katie DiGirolamo started in July 2018 as our Project Manager over the TD Ballpark and Player Development Complex renovations. Previously, Katie was the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at IMG Academy. She graduated from Stetson University with a degree in Business Administration and also earned her MBA from the University of Florida. Katie played both indoor and beach volleyball at Stetson, and continues to play today.
Finance & Accounting
Gayle Gentry joined the staff in March 2011 as the Accounting Manager. She is originally from Danville, Illinois and a graduate of Southern Illinois University. She and her Husband, Harry, have been in Florida for 15 years and enjoy the weather year-round.
When Gayle is not cheering for the Blue Jays, she is trying to keep track of what their 8 grandchildren are up to. Her hobbies are baking for staff (thanks Gayle!), raising orchids and knitting.
Kathi begins her 13th season with the Dunedin Blue Jays. She joined the team in 2006 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Manager of Group and Retail Sales, Community Relations in 2009.
Kathi is originally from Clarkson, Michigan and attended Michigan State University. She resides in Clearwater with her husband Ryan, daughter Reese and lovable yellow lab, Zoe. Pay her a visit at the Jays Shop this season!
Michael began working with the Blue Jays in September of 2019. He is originally from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and received a Sports Management Degree from California University of Pennsylvania.
Michael started his baseball career as a Marketing Intern for the Altoona Curve and then later joined the Binghamton Rumble Ponies as their Merchandise Assistant.
In his free time, Michael enjoys catching up with friends and watching Pittsburgh and Boston sport teams.
Craig Ball graduated from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida with a degree in Sport Management. During his time in St. Augustine, he worked as a fan experience intern for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After graduation, Craig took on a role with University of South Florida athletics before joining the Dunedin Blue Jays in January 2019.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys playing video games and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bulls.
Nolan Bialek is entering his first season with the Dunedin Blue Jays. He came from the Bradenton Marauders where he was an Account Manager of Ticket Sales since 2016. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Nolan graduated from The University of Tampa with a degree in Sport Management.
Nolan currently resides in Tampa. Outside of work, he likes to go to the beach, golf, and be active outside.
David Baugher graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Sport Management. He has worked for both the Lakeland Flying Tigers and Clearwater Threshers before joining our staff in October 2019.
Outside of work, David enjoys listening to music and rooting for the Baltimore Ravens.
Zac joined the Blue Jays in January of 2010. He grew up in Lawrenceville, GA and currently resides in New Port Richey with his wife and two children.
When Zac isn't installing new seats, pressure-washing the concourse, remodeling the bullpen, putting up billboards or raising First Half North Division Championship banners at TD Ballpark, you can find him under the hood of a car. Or several. Zac is the proud owner of (at least) two Ford Mustangs, and he enjoys listening to "The Bobby Bones Show" during his morning commute.
For reasons undetermined, Zac simultaneously supports the Boston Bruins and Dallas Cowboys.
Matt began working with the Blue Jays in April of 2017 as a game day employee. He then joined the front office as a Spring Training Coordinator in January of 2018. Matt is originally from Niles, OH before relocating south and he attended Kent State University.
Matt's baseball career started in Mahoning Valley where he served as the Scrappers' In-Game Host and stadium DJ from 2014-2016.
When he is not cheering on the Blue Jays, Matt enjoys golfing, playing music, hitting the beach and watching Cleveland Browns football (Poor Matt!)
Andrew started working with the Blue Jays in December of 2018. He is from Prairieville, LA but spent the past four years in Dade City, Florida attending Saint Leo University.
While at Saint Leo, Andrew obtained a degree in Sport Business. Previously, he worked as an intern for the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, and more recently he was the basketball communications intern for the Charlotte Hornets.
Andrew looks forward to spending his days at the ballpark or the beach, and you can also catch him talking obsessively about the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans.
Allasyn began working with the Blue Jays in January of 2017. Her background in baseball includes two summers with the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod Baseball League and an internship with the Harrisburg Senators. She attended Nichols College (Dudley, MA) and Florida Southern College (Lakeland, FL) where she obtained degrees in Sports Management and Communications all while playing 4 years of softball. Since graduating, Allasyn has had the opportunity to play ball internationally in Sweden, take numerous cross-country road trips, catch up on playing video games.
David began working with the Blue Jays in January of 2020. Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona he studied Communications while attending Arizona State University.
Having worked as the Production Manager at the Peoria Sports Complex with the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres from 2013-2019, he was responsible all audio and video production elements at the Stadium.
David brings that experience to Dunedin which underwent extensive renovations in 2019. Beginning in 2020, fans can expect an enhanced game day entertainment experience with the addition of a brand new state of the art video board and surround sound system. When not at the stadium, he is usually spending time at the central Florida theme parks with his wife and son.
