Welcome to TD Ballpark

The proud home of Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training and the Single-A Dunedin Blue Jays, TD Ballpark has hosted Toronto’s Spring Training since the franchise debuted in 1977. The Blue Jays remain the only Major League Baseball franchise to have maintained the same Spring Training home throughout their history.

Originally known as Grant Field, the ballpark welcomed the Blue Jays for their first Spring Training game on March 11, 1977. Over the years, the facility underwent several renovations and name changes, including Knology Park (2004-2008) and Florida Auto Exchange Stadium (2010-2017).

A major renovation completed in 2020 expanded the ballpark’s capacity to 8,500 and introduced upgraded player facilities, additional hospitality areas and a 360-degree concourse. Following a naming rights agreement with TD Bank in 2019, the ballpark became TD Ballpark, which hosted 21 regular-season Blue Jays home games in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Getting to TD Ballpark

Directions

From North (St. Petersburg): Go over Skyway Bridge to Exit 5 (US19 South). Continue on 41 South (Bradenton/Sarasota). Make a right turn onto 17th Avenue West and continue to LECOM Park.
From South (Sarasota): Take Route 41 North to Cortez Road, go straight onto Business 41 and turn right onto 17th Ave. West. Ballpark is located at intersection of 17th Avenue West and 9th Street West.
From Interstate 75: Exit I-75 at S.R. 64 West (exit 220 if traveling south, exit 220B if traveling north). Go west on Route 64 to 9th Street West and turn left to the ballpark.

Parking

Parking at LECOM Park is convenient and straightforward, with designated lots located directly adjacent to the stadium. Pricing varies based on the day of the week, offering free options earlier in the week and low-cost rates for weekend games. For Sunday – Wednesday games, parking is FREE in all designated lots (Home Plate Lot, 6th Street West Lot, and 6th Street East Lot). For Thursday – Saturday games, the Home Plate Lot is $10 per vehicle and the 6th Street East & West Lots are $5 per vehicle.

Parking Lots & Locations

• Home Plate Parking Lot (Lot 2): Situated directly south of the ballpark at 818 17th Avenue West. This lot offers the closest access to the stadium's main entrance.
• 6th Street West Lot (Lot 3): Located just east of the ballpark at 1522 6th Street West, right across from the outfield and practice fields.
• 6th Street East Lot (Lot 4): Positioned further east at 1601 6th Street West, providing additional space right off 17th Avenue West and 5th Street West.
