TD Ballpark Information

ATM: Located behind the box office, near the elevator.

Autographs: For your safety, fans are asked to please stay off the dugout tops when seeking autographs.

Beer Sales: Beer is available at TD Ballpark during all Spring Training and Florida State League games. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to customers under the age of 21. The City of Dunedin and the Blue Jays reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages and may evict from the ballpark any person deemed intoxicated.

Blue Jays Administrative Office: The main office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information, please call 727-733-9302.

Disorderly Conduct: Will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate ejection. If your enjoyment of the game is disrupted by profanity or disorderly conduct, please notify a Blue Jays staff member.

First Aid: If you need first aid or are aware of a medical emergency, an usher or security personnel will assist you. Please notify an usher or security officer if such aid is needed.

Foul Balls: Fans are permitted to keep balls that land in the seating area as souvenirs. However, fans are not allowed on the field to retrieve a ball or interfere with a ball in play. FOUL BALLS MAY BE DANGEROUS, PLEASE BE ALERT AT ALL TIMES AND BE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS.

Gates Open: The gates at TD Ballpark will open one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch during the Florida State League. 

Handicapped Accommodations: TD Ballpark is handicap accessible. Wheelchair seating is available through the ticket office (subject to availability), and a wheelchair ramp is located down the left field line. An electric wheelchair lift is located down the right field line. Handicap parking is available in TD Ballpark's main lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Jays Shop: The Jays Shop at TD Ballpark will remain open from gates open until the end of the seventh inning on game days during the Florida State League season.

Lost and Found: Please visit the customer service booth located on the concourse near the main gate.

Outside Food and Drink Policy: Guests are permitted to bring one 20 oz. factory-sealed, non-alcoholic beverage in a clear plastic bottle into the stadium. In compliance with City of Dunedin's policy, no other outside food, bottles, coolers or cans may be brought into the stadium. These items must be disposed of before entering the gates. 

Parking: Parking is free at TD Ballpark during the Florida State League season on a first come, first served basis.

Prohibited Items List: The Dunedin Blue Jays and TD Ballpark make every effort to accommodate guests as much as possible when it comes to allowing items that will enhance their experience while inside the stadium. However, the following items are prohibited at TD Ballpark:

  • Large handbags, knapsacks, etc., exceeding 16" X 16"X 8"
  • Hard sided coolers
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Sticks (including signs attached to sticks), golf ball retrievers
  • Offensive, political and other non-event related banners or signs
  • Laser pens
  • Pressurized air horns
  • Glass Bottles
  • Plastic bottles larger than 600ml
  • Projectiles that can cause injury or disruption of a game or event
  • Frisbees, beach balls and other inflatable objects
  • Brooms
  • Umbrellas
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of all kinds
  • Fireworks and other illegal substances
  • Squirt guns
  • Stools and folding chairs
  • Oversized costumes, mascot apparel
  • Full face masks
  • Gang colors and clothing
  • Clothing with offensive statements
  • Noisemakers
  • Outside food
  • Drones (UAV - Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle)
  • Animals - Only certified animals permitted
  • Smoking which includes Vapours and E cigarettes
  • All alcohol, illegal drugs and prescription drugs not accompanied by a valide prescription will be seized

Please note: TD Ballpark has the authority to prohibit any other items/deemed to be a security risk.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the main concourse down the first base line. Additional restrooms are located adjacent to the BBQ Tent directly behind home plate.

Security: Please note that in response to a league mandated initiative to enhance security and safety, fans attending games at TD Ballpark will be required to pass through metal detectors when entering the gates. The safety of our fans is of the utmost importance.

Smoking Policy: TD Ballpark has been designated a "smoke free" stadium. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the concourse, seating bowl, or anywhere else inside the stadium's gates, including e-cigarettes.

Trespassing: Any fan venturing onto the playing field before, during, or after a game or event will be subject to criminal prosecution under the criminal code. Any guest who re-enters the stadium after being removed or ejected will also be issued a trespass notice and possible further prosecution.

Will Call Window: Will call tickets are available at the Blue Jays ticket office. Proper identification is needed to receive your tickets.
