The Dunedin Blue Jays have gone digital! Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets, and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans attending a game at TD Ballpark.

See below for steps on creating, logging into, accessing, and transferring your mobile tickets.

Creating an Account

Step 1

Select the person icon in the top right corner of your screen

Step 2

Enter your email address

Step 3

If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one.

  • Enter your personal information and create a password
  • Select the terms and conditions at the bottom and you should be good to go!

Logging into an Account

Step 1

Select the person icon in the top right corner of the screen

Step 2

Enter your email address and select "Continue"

Step 3

Enter your password and select "Sign In"

Accessing Mobile Tickets

Step 1

Select "My Events" in the menu bar

Step 2

All of your events should appear on this page. Navigate to the event you are looking for and select "View Event Details"

Step 3

This page should list out each seat location for the selected game. Click on the ticket you are looking for

Step 4

Your tickets should be here! Swipe to the left to access your other seat locations

Transferring Mobile Tickets (Text)

Step 1

Open up your ticket and select "Transfer" in the bottom left corner

Step 2

Select "Add New Recipient"

Step 3

Fill out the contact information of the person who you would like to send the tickets to

Step 4

Select the seats that you would like to transfer to your recipient

Step 5

Select "Transfer Tickets"

Step 6

This will bring you out into your messages app. Be sure to hit send and you should be ready to go

Transferring Mobile Tickets (Email)

Step 1

Open up your ticket and select "Transfer" in the bottom left corner

Step 2

Select "Add New Recipient" and ensure that "Email Address" is selected

Step 3

Fill out the contact information of the person who you would like to send the tickets to

Step 4

Select the seats that you would like to transfer to your recipient

Step 5

Step 6

You should be all set! Your tickets should have been sent to the recipient via email

Troubleshooting

You will need to show your ticket barcode, or wallet ticket for entry at the gates.

No, you cannot print your tickets from home.

Yes, you can have multiple tickets on a single phone. When you select a particular event, any tickets you purchased will be listed. Select one and then you are able to swipe right through them when scanning in at the gate.

When you open a ticket, there will be a button underneath the barcode that says, “Add to Apple Wallet” Select this and then click “Add” on the next screen that comes up.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder first. If you are using a Gmail account, be sure to check the social and promotions tabs of your inbox as well. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please reach out to our ticketing office at [email protected] or 888-525-JAYS for further support.

We recommend adding your mobile wallet prior to arriving at the ballpark. This way, you can access your tickets freely with or without internet connection. If you do not have your tickets pre-saved and are having issues or your phone dies, you can visit the Box Office for support. We also encourage fans to join our free stadium Wi-Fi at TD Ballpark: #TD_Free_Wifi.

Be sure to validate that you are using the same email address that the sender used to transfer the tickets. If you are logged into the correct email address and are still having issues locating your tickets, feel free to reach out to our ticketing office at [email protected] or 888-525-JAYS for further support.

Yes, the recipient of your ticket transfer will need to sign into Ticketmaster to access their tickets.

You can cancel a ticket transfer by clicking “Cancel Transfer” as long as the tickets have not yet been accepted.

No, Dunedin Blue Jays Tickets are managed through Dunedin Blue Jays Account Manager. However, the Ticketmaster app will redirect you to Dunedin Blue Jays Account Manager, where you can sign in using your same Ticketmaster credentials. Once you are signed in, use the above instructions to access your tickets.
