This page provides information on all of our ballpark policies, procedures, and information you may need before arriving to the ballpark. If you need additional information, please call our TD Ballpark offices at 727-733-9302.

A

Accessible Handicap Parking: There is accessible parking spaces located near the front entrance to TD Ballpark on a first-come first-serve basis.

Alcohol: The Dunedin Blue Jays and Williams Entertainment are committed to promoting and ensuring responsible alcoholic beverage sales and use. Our goal is to create a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment where alcohol service and consumption is managed thoroughly. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased from authorized vendors once inside TD Ballpark and guests may not bring in or leave the facility with any alcohol. All guests that appear to be 30 years of age or younger will be asked to provide proof of age for each transaction. Upon request for proof of age, guests must produce a valid form of photo identification. Alcohol sales will conclude at the end of the seventh (7th) inning.

Fans may have no more than two (2) alcoholic beverages in their possession at any time. In-seat hawkers, and drinks containing two (2) oz or more of alcohol, are restricted to serving only one (1) alcoholic beverage per fan. Alcohol service in all concession stands, TD Ballpark Suites, TD Ballpark Group areas, will conclude at the end of the seventh (7th) inning. The Toronto Blue Jays, TD Ballpark, and its concessionaire WILLIAMS Entertainment reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service for fans at any time.

Fans found with unauthorized alcohol can have their ticket confiscated and be removed from TD Ballpark without compensation.

The following may also result in your ejection from TD Ballpark and/or possible prosecution:

  • Attempting to use fraudulent identification
  • Public intoxication
  • Purchasing alcohol for a minor
  • A minor attempting to purchase or found to be in possession of alcohol
  • Anyone found in possession of alcohol after being given a warning not to consume or purchase any

Animals: Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome at TD Ballpark. Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted in the ballpark.

Anthem Singers: Those interested in performing the National Anthem prior to a Dunedin Blue Jays game should visit the anthem page on our website.

ATM: A TD Bank ATM is located behind the box office, near the elevator.

Autographs: All fans are allowed to seek autographs at games. The signing of autographs will be at the discretion of the player or coach being asked. For your safety, fans are asked to please stay off the dugout tops when seeking autographs.

Baby Changing Tables: Baby changing stations are located down in the family restrooms located down the first and third base lines of the concourse.

Beer Sales: Beer is available at TD Ballpark during all Spring Training and Florida State League games. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to customers under the age of 21. The City of Dunedin and the Blue Jays reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages and may evict from the ballpark any person deemed intoxicated.

Bicycle Stands: For those travelling to TD Ballpark by bicycle, there are bicycle stands available for use by guests outside TD Ballpark. These are located next to the Jays Shop, near the box office. TD Ballpark is not responsible for the loss or damage to any item(s) secured in these areas.

Blue Jays Administrative Office: The main office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information, please call 727-733-9302.

Code of Conduct: 2024 Code of Conduct

Cameras: The Blue Jays welcome cameras for the purpose of still photography, provided their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment. Video cameras are permitted inside the facility, but recording of any game footage is strictly prohibited. All equipment will be inspected prior to admittance and subject to our security screening process. The Blue Jays and TD Ballpark reserve the right to request that guests discontinue filming or taking pictures on TD Ballpark property. The Blue Jays and TD Ballpark are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. As such, we ask that guests not leave equipment unattended. Tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Child Admission Policy: Parents may bring children under the age of two (2) into TD Ballpark without a ticket for the child. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Any guests two (2) years of age or older must have a valid ticket.

Clothing: Clothing with offensive language or indecent graphics is prohibited in TD Ballpark. Offenders may be denied entry into or possibly ejected from the stadium.

Disorderly Conduct: Will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate ejection. If your enjoyment of the game is disrupted by profanity or disorderly conduct, please notify a Blue Jays staff member.

Drone Policy: The use of any remote controlled drone (UAV - Unmanned Ariel Vehicle), is prohibited on or over any of the properties under the control of TD Ballpark at any time. All inquiries regarding this policy and the use of drones (UAV) in any of these areas should be directed to the Director of Operations at TD Ballpark.

Elevators: An elevator is located between the two main gates of TD Ballpark immediately after entering the stadium. The elevator takes fans to the suite level and the 200 level accessible seating area.

Emergency Evacuation: All Blue Jays and TD Ballpark personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating the stadium. In the event of an emergency at TD Ballpark, guests are asked to remain calm and follow instructions given via the public address system, uniformed game staff and security, police and medical personnel. During emergencies, guests should not use elevators; instead, guests will be directed to exit TD Ballpark using the stairs or ramps. Guests are also encouraged to take the following steps in event of an emergency:

  • Be aware of your location inside TD Ballpark at all times
  • Identify the two exits located nearest to your seats

Exit and Re-entry: Fans are allowed to exit and re-enter TD Ballpark only during the Florida State League season with a valid ticket for the day's game. Re-entry is not allowed at TD Ballpark during Spring Training games.

Fan Interference: To ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests and players, interference with a ball in play or trespassing onto the playing field is prohibited.

First Aid: If you need first aid or are aware of a medical emergency, an usher or a security officer will assist you. Please notify an usher or security officer if such aid is needed.

Food Policy: TD Ballpark does not allow outside food into their facility unless needed for medical reasons. All items will be inspected and subject to our security screening process which may result in delays in entering the facility.

Foul Balls: Fans are permitted to keep balls that land in the seating area as souvenirs. However, fans are not allowed on the field to retrieve a ball or interfere with a ball in play. FOUL BALLS MAY BE DANGEROUS, PLEASE BE ALERT AT ALL TIMES AND BE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS.

Gates Open: The gates open to TD Ballpark for Dunedin Blue Jays games 60 minutes prior to first pitch.

Lost and Found: Guests who lose an item during a game at TD Ballpark should visit the Box Office near the third base concourse to check if the item has been returned. Guests can also contact the ballpark at 727-733-9302 for assistance.

Merchandise: Official Dunedin Blue Jays merchandise can purchased at the Jays shop located down the first base side of the concourse. You can also purchase Dunedin Blue Jays gear at the Jays Shop Dunedin - online at https://dunedinbluejays.milbstore.com/

On-Field Access: Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during, and after the games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from TD Ballpark and subject to arrest.

Outside Food and Beverages: No outside bottles, cans, coolers, food or beverages may be brought into TD Ballpark. Exceptions will be made for those with specific medical needs or items needed for infants and small children.

Parking: Parking is available for free during Dunedin Blue Jays home games. Parking procedures are different during Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training games. Please visit www.bluejays.com/spring-training to learn more.

*_Pavilion: *_On Thursday- Saturday during the Dunedin season, check out the pavilion located down the third base line of the concourse. Bring the family to enjoy yard games like cornhole, connect four, and trash-can pong.

Pets: Pets are not permitted inside TD Ballpark. However, service dogs are welcome.

Prohibited Items: The Dunedin Blue Jays and TD Ballpark make every effort to accommodate guests as much as possible when it comes to allowing items that will enhance their experience while inside the stadium. However, the following items are prohibited at TD Ballpark:

  • Bags larger than 16” x 16”
  • Coolers
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Sticks (including signs attached to sticks), ball retrievers
  • Offensive, political and other non-event related banners or signs
  • Laser pens
  • Pressurized air horns
  • Glass Bottles
  • Plastic bottles larger than 20 oz./600 ml
  • Projectiles that can cause injury or disruption of a game or event
  • Frisbees, beach balls and other inflatable objects
  • Brooms
  • Umbrellas
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of all kinds
  • Fireworks and other illegal substances
  • Squirt guns
  • Stools and folding chairs
  • Oversized costumes, mascot apparel and costume masks
  • Clothing with offensive statements
  • Noisemakers
  • Outside food
  • Drones (UAV - Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle)
  • Animals - Only certified animals permitted
  • Smoking which includes Vapours and E cigarettes
  • All alcohol, illegal drugs and prescription drugs not accompanied by a valid prescription will be seized.

Please note: TD Ballpark has the authority to prohibit any other items/deemed to be a security risk.

*Radio: *Can't make it out to a game, listen live to the Dunedin Blue Jays radio network.

Restrooms: Both men's, women's, and family restroom facilities are located on the first base and third base lines of the concourse. Restrooms can also be found on the boardwalk behind the batter's eye.

Re-Entry: During the Dunedin Blue Jays season, fans can re-enter into the stadium with a valid ticket for the day's game after leaving the facility. Fans are not allowed to re-enter the stadium during Spring Training games at anytime in accordance with MLB security policies.

Solicitation and Distribution of Literature: Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handballs, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from TD Ballpark

Smoking: There is no smoking allowed inside of TD Ballpark. This includes electronic cigarettes and vape pens.

Team Store: The Jays Shop is located on the first base side of the concourse. On game days, fans must have a valid ticket for the game to enter the shop. On non-game days, the shop hours will vary. Umbrellas: Guests are not able to bring umbrellas into TD Ballpark. In the event of rain occurring prior to the start of a Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training game, a umbrella check may be available to leave your umbrella at the gate prior to entering TD Ballpark.

Video Display Board Messages: Celebrate your special occasion and support Jays Care Foundation! Fans can reserve a Birthday, Anniversary or Special Welcome greeting to be displayed on the Video Board during their selected Dunedin Blue Jays home game by making a $20 donation to Jays Care. W

Wheelchairs: The Dunedin Blue Jays can provide wheelchairs to transport fans to and from their seat only as requested. Visit fan services down the third base side of the concourse for assistance.
