Bark in the Park Highlights 3-Game Homestand
The Durham Bulls return home to the DBAP on Tuesday, May 5 to begin a three-game home series against the Buffalo Bisons. Bark in the Park and an 11:05 a.m. day game highlight the event schedule.
On May 5, the Bulls begin a short homestand featuring a visit from the Buffalo Bisons, top affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. Tuesday's opener is a 2-for-1 ROOsday, where fans can get two Terrace View tickets for the price of one upon showing the Kangaroo Express app at time of purchase.
Man's best friend gets run of the DBAP on Wednesday, May 6 during the first Bark in the Park event of the season, presented by VCA Animal Hospital. Tickets for the special pet section of the Outfield Reserved are $6.99 (plus tax) for humans and $5.00 (plus tax) for canines. There is also a 2-hour all-you-can-eat buffet option available for $25. A portion of the proceeds of each Bark in the Park ticket purchase goes to benefit Second Chance Pet Adoptions. The first 1,000 four-legged Bulls fans at the 7:05 p.m. game will receive a pet bandana courtesy of VCA Animal Hospital. Thursday, May 7th features another Education Day at the DBAP, presented by Sky Zone Durham. As the Bulls and Bisons square off at 11:05 a.m., students from across the Triangle will be able to engage with various educational and interactive stations throughout the concourse. Also on Thursday, fans take advantage of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC True Blue Thursday promotion, where they can get a game ticket and exclusive cap for just $11. There will not be $1 concessions available on May 7.
