Are you managing your ticket account from your phone? Use the First Pitch app, choose the Durham Bulls as your favorite team and then use your Tickets.com log in.

How To Log In To My Account

Click here to log on to your Durham Bulls account.

If you have a Ticketmaster Account and it matches your Durham Bulls Account email address:

If you have a Ticketmaster account already from other events/venues, and your email address with the Durham Bulls matches your Ticketmaster email address, you will log in using your TICKETMASTER email address and password. Depending on the last time you updated your password, you may be prompted to update your password. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link.

If you do not have a Ticketmaster Account, or your Durham Bulls email address does not match your Ticketmaster Account:

Click “New To Ticketmaster Sign Up”, and complete your information using the email associated with your Durham Bulls account. You will be asked to enter your phone number for verification.

Managing Your Tickets

  1. Navigate to the account manager website (am.ticketmaster.com/durhambulls)
  2. Sign in with the email that you used to purchase your tickets with
  3. From the homepage, you can click on either "My Events" or "Manage Tickets"
  4. From there you can select the event you would like to manage by clicking "View Event Details".
  5. On the event screen you will be able to transfer your ticket, view where your seat is in the ballpark, or click more for additional options including Exchanging, Consigning Back (available only to Full and Half-Season accounts), and Printing from Home
  1. Select the event you would like to transfer
  2. Click on the "Transfer" button
  3. Select the tickets that you would like to transfer and hit "Continue"
  4. Enter in the first name, last name, and email address of intended recipient
  5. Click on the "Transfer" button to complete your transfer (the transfer can be canceled by clicking "Cancel Transfer" on the event page
  1. Log in to the Durham Bulls Account Manager page through the mobile we browser
  2. Scroll down and select "Manage Tickets"
  3. Select the event that you would like to view and tap "View Event Details"
  4. Tap on the seat you would like to open (if you have multiple tickets for a game, you can just swipe to access them)
  5. To add the ticket to your mobile wallet, tap where it says "Add to Apple/Google Wallet" (tap "Add All Tickets" to add all of your tickets for the event or "Add 1 Ticket" to add the individual ticket
  6. Tap "Add" on the top right and the ticket will then be accessible in your wallet

Frequently Asked Questions

With a secure, unified credential system, you can sign into your Ticketmaster and Account Manager sites using a single username and password. With this new sign-in, your account is more secure and you can access your tickets faster.

Account information including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and password can be updated in the My Profile section of your Durham Bulls Account Manager. You can also contact the Durham Bulls to make updates to the way they communicate with you.

To ensure it is you, we’re requiring each account to have a phone number associated with it. This phone number can be updated in your Ticketmaster.com account profile.

No, your Durham Bulls Account Manager tickets and your Ticketmaster tickets are still in separate systems. Your credentials are the same, but the accounts are separate.

Yes – you may do so during the purchase process by clicking the “Upgrade my seats” button when you first log on to your Durham Bulls Account Manager and viewing available options, or you can call the Durham Bulls at 919.956.BULL(2855) to speak to a representative about your seats.

Yes – during the renewal process, you will have the option to add parking on to your account.

If you are a full season ticket member or a half season ticket member, you will have the option to consign seats back through your Durham Bulls Account Manager account beginning in February 2024.

Yes – you will be able to exchange your tickets in your Durham Bulls Account Manager beginning in February 2024.
