The two runs would prove to be enough for Burrows (3-2) who faced three batters over the minimum over six innings of scoreless work in the winning effort. He allowed just two runners to get int scoring position and none pat second base in the game. Burrows allowed two hits with two walks and five strikeouts.
Brubaker (2-2) took the loss for the Curve allowing two runs on six hits with three walks and a strikeout in a season-low four innings of work.
The shutout was the SeaWolves first of the season and their first since August 3, 2017 when they threw a 1-0 shutout in 12 innings in over Richmond.
