UPMC Park can be accessed from Interstate 79 and Interstate 90 very easily. South: I-79N to the E. 12th St. exit. Left onto State St. Right onto 10th St. East: I-90E to Wesleyville exit. Off the exit ramp, turn right on the Bayfront. Turn left onto E. 10th St.



The SeaWolves are the Double-A Affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. This affiliation began in 2001.



We are happy to recognize birthdays, anniversary's, and other special occasions on our public address system. Simply call the SeaWolves office at least 24 hours prior to the game (814-456-1300) or visit the Advanced Ticket Window inside the ballpark to make your request. There is a required $5 donation to the SeaWolves Tickets for Veterans Fund.



The SeaWolves have an ATM located in the SeaWolves Team Store for your convenience.



In correspondence with Pennsylvania State Law, the SeaWolves will not serve to anyone under the age of 21. Upon request, fans may be asked to show valid ID at the time of purchase. The SeaWolves reserve the right to refuse any sale. To that end, if you need a ride home, please see the Fan Assistance Center for arrangements. Alcohol is served until the first out in 9th. Limit two beers per person, per transaction.



The Eastern League rules prohibit players from signing autographs 15 minutes prior to the start of the game until the last out is made. Please feel free to approach any player or coach for an autograph along the baselines, dugouts, and at their many community appearances.



Baby changing stations can be found in the restrooms on the first and third base concourses and in suite level bathrooms.



Bags are permitted in UPMC Park and are subject to inspection by stadium security.



The SeaWolves welcome signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not pose a safety risk or detract from the enjoyment of other guests, the SeaWolves request you adhere to the following guidelines:

Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. Banners should in no way obstruct stadium advertising or on the sightlines of other UPMC Park guests.

  • The banners/signs must be 4' x 8' or smaller in size.
  • Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the SeaWolves.
  • The SeaWolves reserve the right to remove any banner/sign that violates these guidelines.



Batting practice generally begins two hours and thirty minutes before most home games. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team. To inquire about how your group can watch Batting Practice from the field or dugout, contact the SeaWolves Group Sales Department at (814) 456-1300.



We encourage fans going green by riding their bicycles to a game. Parking for bikes is available outside of UPMC Park. Bikes are not permitted inside the gates or on the concourse.



Stop by the UPMC Park Box Office for tickets to upcoming games! For your convenience, hours on game days are 9:00 a.m. (10 a.m, on Saturdays & Sundays) until the end of the game. On non-game days, hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (M-F).



Hand held audiovisual equipment is permitted in UPMC Park. Flash photography and video reproduction is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from using tripods and any equipment that may interfere with another fan's enjoyment. Please call the SeaWolves Box Office before bringing such equipment into the ballpark.



UPMC Park comfortably seats 4,109 fans and can even fit as much as 1,891 additional fans in the standing only and picnic areas of the ballpark. The official capacity of UPMC Park is 6,000.



For your convenience, UPMC Park features an ATM located in the Team Store. We regret that we are unable to cash personal checks at UPMC Park.



UPMC Park offers complimentary admission to children three years of age and under. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Children's ticket prices are available in certain sections of UPMC Park. See individual ticket prices for more information.



The SeaWolves reserve the right to revoke tickets and refund money of any patron using abusive or obscene language, or appears to be intoxicated. Fans that enter the field or interfere with the game in any way will be subject to ejection and prosecution.



The SeaWolves accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Cards are accepted at the main concession stands, Team Store and box office.



The SeaWolves are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark, including those Guests with disabilities. To accommodate our Guests with disabilities, UPMC Park offers the following:

  • Drop-off zones located near the front gate entrance of UPMC Park.
  • Accessible seating options throughout the ballpark on both the main level seating bowl and the upper deck. If an exchange is required for an accessible seating location, please visit the UPMC Park Box Office.
  • Elevators conveniently behind home plate near the main entrance and in the right field picnic garden. There is also field access elevator for disabled guests located down the first base line.

The SeaWolves event staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within UPMC Park. While attending events at the ballpark, please contact a member of our Guest Relations staff for assistance or information. Drinking fountains can be found throughout UPMC Park. Drinking fountains are located on the first and third base concourses.



An elevator is located on the main concourse behind home plate to provide access to the luxury suites and the second level seats along the right side baseline. An alternate elevator is available in the right field picnic area.



Fans expecting an emergency phone call, please leave your name and seat location at the Advanced Ticket Window. Upon receiving a call, a customer service representative will alert the fan of the message. Public address announcements are to be used only in extreme situations.

The Fan Assistance Center is located just to the right of the main gates, and is the center for all your customer service needs. Fans may sign up for contests, ask questions, file complaints, obtain information, collect prizes, and receive general assistance. The F.A.C. is open when the main gates open and closes after the game concludes.



In the interest of player and Guest safety, UPMC Park maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from UPMC Park and criminal sanctions.

UPMC Park is an Erie Events facility. In compliance with Erie Events policies, firearms are not permitted inside UPMC Park with the exception of on-duty law enforcement officers. If a private citizen has a carry permit, he/she is not allowed in with the weapon as no firearms is a condition of entry.



The EmergyCare First Aid Room is located in the home plate concourse of UPMC Park. Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each game for the safety and convenience of all fans.



In accordance with Eastern League policies, no outside food or beverage is permitted into the ballpark. Concession stands and portable stands are located throughout the stadium to serve your needs.



Fans are welcome to keep any baseball hit or thrown into the stands. Please be aware that any foul ball or home run can cause personal injury. For your safety, please pay attention to the action on the field at all times.



Located near the left field picnic garden, the Fun Zone features a GIANT inflatable slide, bounce house, speed pitch and fun snacks like cotton candy and ice cream!



Gates at UPMC Park will open one hour to the start of the game. Season Ticket members may enter 15 minutes prior to the scheduled gate time.

Fans can win great prizes on a nightly basis just by playing Launch-A-Ball. For just $1 (6 for $5) fans can purchase numbered tennis balls. At the conclusion of the game, targets will be set up on the field and fans will have one-minute and thirty seconds (1:30) to toss their tennis balls onto one of the targets.

Prizes are subject to change on a daily basis and include gift certificates to area businesses and SeaWolves gifts.

Groups or individuals interested in singing the National Anthem prior to a game can tryout during open tryouts typically held in March each year. If you should miss the tryout you can contact the SeaWolves offices at (814) 456-1300 or via email and request a time to tryout.



Various parking lots are available for game parking including Erie Insurance Arena garage, the lots adjacent to the stadium, and parking on city streets. For the season long discounts on parking, please call Dewey's Parking at (814) 455-3931.



With the exception of seeing-eye dogs, guide dogs, service dogs and Bark at the Park nights, pets are not permitted at UPMC Park.

The SeaWolves prize wheel can be found on the first base concourse at UPMC Park on a nightly basis. For just $1 per spin, fan can win great prizes including hats and t-shirts (Prizes, wheel locations and periods of operation are subject to change).



Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on age guidelines, must have a game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item (Kids giveaways are for children age 12 and younger unless otherwise specified). Items are strictly limited to one per person and you must be present to receive the item. Purchasing additional tickets does not qualify guests to receive multiple promotional items.



SeaWolves fans can catch all 140 games on the air on Fox Sports Radio 1330 AM The FAN and on the web at Join the "Voice of the SeaWolves" Greg Gania 10 minutes prior to each game for analysis and upcoming information regarding the SeaWolves.



Tickets for games in which 4 and ½ innings were not completed can be exchanged for face value at the UPMC Park box office for any future regular game that season based upon seating availability.



Typically a decision to delay or postpone a game is not made until game time. In the event of a delay or postponement the SeaWolves will contact the local media (television and radio) and will also post updates on and the team's official Facebook and Twitter pages.



Restrooms are located along the first base line, behind home plate, and along the third base concourse. Restrooms are also available in the Bud Light Beer Garden. All restrooms are handicap accessible and offer diaper changing areas.



For the comfort and security of all our Guests, we do not allow fans to enter UPMC Park with hazardous or disruptive items. Samples of these items that are not permitted in the ballpark include laser pointers, fireworks, lawn chairs, coolers, boom boxes, balloons, and weapons of any kind. The SeaWolves reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.



Pocket schedules for the season are available at the Fan Assistance Center, box office and in concession stands throughout UPMC Park.

Guests can receive a schedule through the mail by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Erie SeaWolves Schedule, 110 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16501.



Security officers are present before, during, and after all games throughout the stadium. If a security guard is needed at any time, please see a SeaWolves representative or seek out a stadium usher.



In consideration of the health and comfort of others, smoking is strictly prohibited inside UPMC Park. Smoking is available outside the main gates of UPMC Park. Please see a ticket taker at the main gates to get your ticket scanned out upon exiting. You must present your ticket for re-entry.



SeaWolves merchandise is available during all home games, as well as Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. all year long. Fans can shop 24 hours a day by clicking here.

Only unused Season Tickets and mini-package tickets can be exchanged for other games. Unused group tickets and individual sale tickets may not be exchanged or refunded.

The SeaWolves do not hold their own tryouts. Individuals interested in trying out for the team need to call the Major League Scouting Bureau at (909) 980-1881.

Umbrellas are permitted at UPMC Park. We ask that fans exercise caution and courtesy when using umbrellas in the event of rain. Umbrellas are also available for sale at the SeaWolves team shop.



The Will Call window is located right near the main gates of UPMC Park and is labeled "Will Call" under the green awnings. All tickets purchased online or over the telephone can be picked up with a valid identification at the Will Call window.
