ACCESS: UPMC Park can be accessed from Interstate 79 and Interstate 90 very easily. South: I-79N to the E. 12th St. exit. Left onto State St. Right onto 9th or 10th St. East: I-90E to Wesleyville exit. Off the exit ramp, turn right on the Bayfront. Turn left onto E. 10th St.

The SeaWolves event staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within UPMC Park. While attending events at the ballpark, please contact a member of our Guest Relations staff for assistance or information. When away from the ballpark, please phone (814) 456-1300 for disability access information.

AFFILIATION: The SeaWolves are the Double-A Affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. This affiliation began in 2001.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: We are happy to recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions on our public address system. Simply call the SeaWolves office at least 24 hours prior to the game (814-456-1300) or visit the Advance Ticket Window inside the ballpark to make your request.

ATM: The SeaWolves have an ATM located in the SeaWolves Team Store for your convenience.

ALCOHOL POLICY: In correspondence with Pennsylvania State Law, the SeaWolves will not serve to anyone under the age of 21. Upon request, fans may be asked to show valid ID at the time of purchase. The SeaWolves reserve the right to refuse any sale. To that end, if you need a ride home, please see the Fan Assistance Center for arrangements. Alcohol is served until the first out in 9th. Limit two beers per person, per transaction.

AUTOGRAPHS: The Eastern League rules prohibit players from signing autographs 15 minutes prior to the start of the game until the last out is made. Please feel free to approach any player or coach for an autograph along the baselines, dugouts, and at their many community appearances. Each game, kids 12 and younger get to enjoy the CVS Autograph Booth before the game. A designated area is set up each night for kids to come down to the field on the warning track to get autographs from players. Please note that the SeaWolves cannot guarantee your child receives an autograph.

BABY DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations can be found in the restrooms on the first and third base concourses and in suite level bathrooms.

BAGS: Bags smaller than 12” x 6“ x 12” are permitted but subject to search. To limit crowding upon entry, clear totes or one gallon freezer bags are recommended.

BALLPARK ACCESSIBILITY: The SeaWolves are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark, including those Guests with disabilities. To accommodate our Guests with disabilities, UPMC Park offers the following:

  • Drop-off zones located near the front gate entrance of UPMC Park.
  • The nearest accessible parking is located on the south side of UPMC Park along E. 10th Street.
  • Accessible seating options throughout the ballpark on both the main level seating bowl and the upper deck. If an exchange is required for an accessible seating location, please visit the UPMC Park Box Office.
  • Elevators conveniently behind home plate near the main entrance, near the right field Picnic Perch, and in the Stadium Club lobby.
  • An accessible field access ramp is located in right field next to section 102.

BANNERS & SIGNS: The SeaWolves welcome signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not pose a safety risk or detract from the enjoyment of other guests, the SeaWolves request you adhere to the following guidelines:

Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter and/or hanging over the outfield fences. Banners should in no way obstruct stadium advertising or on the sightlines of other UPMC Park guests.

  • The banners/signs must be 4' x 8' or smaller in size.
  • Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the SeaWolves.
  • The SeaWolves reserve the right to remove any banner/sign that violates these guidelines.

BATTING PRACTICE: Batting practice generally begins two hours and thirty minutes before most home games (teams rarely hit on the field prior to Sunday games). Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team. To inquire about how your group can watch batting practice from the field, contact the SeaWolves Group Sales Department at (814) 456-1300.

BIKES/BIKE PARKING: We encourage fans going green by riding their bicycles to a game. Parking for bikes is available outside of UPMC Park (on the French Street side of the park). Bikes are not permitted inside the gates or on the concourse.

BOX OFFICE: Stop by the UPMC Park Box Office for tickets to upcoming games! For your convenience, hours on game days are 10:00 a.m. until the end of the game. On non-game days (mid-March through the end of the season), hours are 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (M-F) and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Sat). The UPMC Park Box Office is located next the stadium's new main entrance at E. 9th Street.

CAMERA/VIDEO: Hand held audiovisual equipment is permitted in UPMC Park. Flash photography and video reproduction is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from using tripods and any equipment that may interfere with another fan's enjoyment. Please call the SeaWolves Box Office before bringing such equipment into the ballpark.

CAPACITY: The official capacity of UPMC Park is 6,000 including just under 4,000 fixed seats. UPMC Park features multiple gathering and hospitality spaces including six (6) 20-guest suites, one (1) 40-guest super suite, a 200-guest stadium club, two large picnic seating areas, and a 270-person party deck with six (6) 20-guest boxes and open seating.

CHECK CASHING: For your convenience, UPMC Park features an ATM located in the Team Store. We are unable to cash personal checks at UPMC Park.

CHILD ADMITTANCE: UPMC Park offers complimentary admission to children three years of age and under. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Children's ticket prices are available in certain hospitality areas of UPMC Park. See individual ticket prices for more information.

CONDUCT: The SeaWolves reserve the right to revoke tickets and refund money of any patron using abusive or obscene language, or appears to be intoxicated. Fans that enter the field or interfere with the game in any way will be subject to ejection and prosecution.

CREDIT CARD POLICY: The SeaWolves accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Cards are accepted at all concession stands and carts, the Team Store and box office.

DRINKING FOUNTAINS: Drinking fountains can be found throughout UPMC Park. Drinking fountains are located on the first and third base concourses.

ELEVATORS: An elevator is located on the main concourse behind home plate to provide access to the luxury suites and upper deck sections 201-206. An alternate elevator serving the party deck and upper deck seating is available in the right field picnic area. An elevator serving only the stadium club can be accessed from inside or outside the ballpark by following directional signage to the stadium club.

EMERGENCY: Fans expecting an emergency phone call, please leave your name and seat location at the Advanced Ticket Window. Upon receiving a call, a customer service representative will alert the fan of the message. Public address announcements are to be used only in extreme situations.

FAN ASSISTANCE: The Blaze Pizza Guest Services Center is inside the main entry gates of UPMC Park, next to the SeaWolves Team Store. Fans may sign up for contests, ask questions, share concerns, obtain information, collect prizes, and receive general assistance. The Blaze Pizza Guest Services Center is open when the main gates open and closes after the game concludes.

FAN INTERFERENCE: In the interest of player and Guest safety, UPMC Park maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from UPMC Park and criminal sanctions.

FIREARMS/WEAPONS: UPMC Park is an Erie Events facility. In compliance with Erie Events policies, firearms are not permitted inside UPMC Park with the exception of on-duty law enforcement officers. If a private citizen has a carry permit, he/she is not allowed in with the weapon as no firearms is a condition of entry.

FIRST AID: The EmergyCare First Aid Room is located in the home plate concourse of UPMC Park. Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each game for the safety and convenience of all fans.

FOOD & DRINK: In accordance with league policies, no outside food or beverage is permitted into the ballpark. Concession stands and portable stands are located throughout the stadium to serve your needs. For the safety of stadium personnel, please dispose of any unwanted food, drinks, or packaging prior to your departure.

FOUL BALLS: Fans are welcome to keep any baseball hit or thrown into the stands. Please be aware that any foul ball or home run can cause personal injury. For your safety, please pay attention to the action on the field at all times as thrown or batted balls or bats may leave the field of play at any time.

FUNLAND: Flagship Funland is located just inside the main entrance of UPMC Park and features games and activities for younger fans. Activities inside Flagship Funland are free compliments of PA Virtual Charter School.

GATES: The primary entrance to UPMC Park (Gate #1) is located on E. 9th Street just east of French Street. Gate #1 will open one hour to the start of the game. Captain's Club Members and suite holders may enter at Gate #2 (on the French Street side of UPMC Park) approximately 15 minutes before Gate #1 opens.

INJURIES: Please report all injuries to the nearest usher, stadium personnel, or EmergyCare First Aid room. Erie SeaWolves are not liable for any harm, injuries, or damage sustained by any spectator, or to any spectator's property, including all risks seen or unforeseen.

LUXURY SUITES: You can enjoy a SeaWolves game in style with a UPMC Park luxury suite. You can rent a suite for a single game or the entire season and entertain 20 clients, employees, or friends. MASCOT: C. Wolf brings a unique and exciting attitude to every game at UPMC Park along with some pretty solid dance moves. During the winter months, C. Wolf does not hibernate, he stays active in the community through school functions and charity events. If you would like C. MiLB.TV: All SeaWolves games are broadcast live on MiLB.TV (subscription required). MLB.TV subscribers can also watch SeaWolves games, and all other Tigers affiliates, at no additional cost by selecting the Tigers as their favorite team in the MLB At Bat app. Additionally, SeaWolves games can be watched via the Bally Live app. Fans must provide their mobile number to access MiLB games on the Bally Live app.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Groups or individuals interested in singing the National Anthem may contact the SeaWolves offices at (814) 456-1300 x204 orvia emailto arrange for an audition.

PARKING: The SeaWolves do not own or operate any parking areas. Fans can take advantage of metered street parking in the vicinity of UPMC Park or opt for one of several public and private parking lots adjacent to UPMC Park. The Erie Parking Authority operates a public garage at 25 E. 10th Street with hourly rates, The nearest accessible parking spaces are located on the north side of E. 10th Street, immediately next to UPMC Park.

PETS: With the exception of seeing-eye dogs, guide dogs, service dogs and Bark at the Park nights, pets are not permitted at UPMC Park.

PICNIC AREAS: Entertain clients, employees, friends, and family member in either the Picnic Perch (right field) or Celebration Cove (left field). The SeaWolves will handle arrangements, allowing your group to enjoy great food, fun, and baseball action. Please call (814) 456-1300 or click here for menu selection and availability.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8", beach balls or other inflatables, glass bottles, fireworks, firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives), laser devices and pointers, skateboards and roller blades, toy guns and knives (including water guns), sticks and clubs, unmanned aerial vehicles, aerosol cans, hard sided coolers.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on age guidelines, must have a game day ticket and pass through Gate #1 or Gate #2 to receive the item (kids giveaways are for children age 12 and younger unless otherwise specified). Items are strictly limited to one per ticketed fan, and a fan must be present to receive the item. Purchasing additional tickets does not qualify guests to receive multiple promotional items.

PROPOSALS: If you would like to propose at a SeaWolves home game, please contact us here. Proposal requests must be submitted two weeks prior to your preferred game date and are limited to one per game, on a first-come, first-served basis.

RADIO BROADCASTS: SeaWolves fans can catch every home and road game on Fox Sports Radio 1330 AM WFNN, via the iHeart app, and on the web at www.seawolves.com. Join the "Voice of the SeaWolves" Greg Gania ten minutes prior to each game for analysis on the UPMC Health Plan Pre-Game Show.

RAIN CHECK POLICY: Tickets for games in which 4 and ½ innings were not completed can be exchanged for face value at the UPMC Park Box Office for any future regular season game (during the same season) based upon seating availability.

RAIN DELAYS/POSTPONED GAMES: Typically, a decision to delay or postpone a game is not made until 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. In the event of a postponement, the SeaWolves will notify local media outlets and post updates on SeaWolves.com and the team's official Facebook and Twitter pages.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms are located along the first base line, behind home plate, and along the third base concourse. Restrooms are also available on the suite level, stadium club level, and in the party deck. All restrooms are accessible and offer diaper changing areas.

SAFETY REGULATIONS: For the comfort and security of all our Guests, we do not allow fans to enter UPMC Park with hazardous or disruptive items. Samples of these items that are not permitted in the ballpark include laser pointers, fireworks, lawn chairs, coolers, boom boxes, balloons, and weapons of any kind. The SeaWolves reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.

SCHEDULES: Schedules for the season are available at the Blaze Pizza Guest Services Center, SeaWolves Team Store, and UPMC Park Ticket Office. Guests can receive a schedule through the mail by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Erie SeaWolves, ATTN: Schedule Request, 831 French Street, Erie, PA 16501.

SECURITY: Security officers are present before, during, and after all games throughout the stadium. If a security guard is needed at any time, please see a SeaWolves representative or seek out a stadium usher.

SMOKING: In consideration of the health and comfort of others, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside UPMC Park.

STADIUM CLUB: The UPMC Park Stadium Club is Erie's premier, year-round, downtown meeting and gathering space. The Stadium Club overlooks the playing field and accommodates up to 200 guests for business meetings, banquets, parties and receptions. The Stadium Club features a full-service bar and a removable balcony window system to create an open-air environment.

STROLLERS: Strollers are permitted inside UPMC Park.

TEAM STORE: The SeaWolves Team Store is located near the entrance to UPMC Park. Merchandise is available for purchase during all home games and on weekdays year-round (Monday - Friday; 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) During the season, the Team Store is also open on Saturdays (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.) Fans also can shop 24 hours a day by clicking here.

TICKETS: Fans can purchase tickets at seawolves.com or at the UPMC Park Box Office using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover. To keep gatherings to a minimum at the ticket office, we strongly encourage fans to receive tickets by email, text message or mobile display.

TICKET EXCHANGES: Only unused Captain's Club season tickets and mini-package tickets can be exchanged for other games. Unused group tickets and individual sale tickets may not be exchanged or refunded.

TRYOUTS: The SeaWolves do not hold their own tryouts. Individuals interested in trying out for the team need to call the Major League Scouting Bureau at (909) 980-1881.

WILL CALL: Will Call tickets may be picked up at any UPMC Park Ticket Office window. All tickets purchased online or over the telephone can be picked up with a valid form of identification.

WOLF PACK: The Wolf Pack is the SeaWolves' entertainment team. Wolf Pack members are responsible for enhancing the fan experience, assisting guests and assisting on-field entertainment.
