The Erie SeaWolves (18-16) walked-off on the Richmond Flying Squirrels (12-22), 4-3, on Tuesday night at UPMC Park.

Erie got on the board first, in the bottom of the second inning on a Kade Scivicque solo home run to make it 1-0. It was Scivicque's second of the season and extended his hitting streak to five games.

SeaWolves Starter Anthony Castro went four innings and allowed two runs, both in the top of the fourth. Chris Shaw led off with a double and with one out, Jonah Arenado doubled to put runners on second and third. Heath Quinn then tripled out to right-center, plating the two runs, giving Richmond a 2-1 lead. Derek Hill and Jose Azocar collided on the play, forcing Hill to exit with an apparent injury.

After reliever Ethan DeCaster tossed three shutout innings, Erie reclaimed the lead in the bottom of the seventh. With two outs, Azocar reached on a fielder's choice and Kody Eaves earned a walk. Cam Gibson followed with a double off the right-center field wall to plate both baserunners, giving the SeaWolves a 3-2 lead.

Trent Szkutnik (1-2), who received the win, allowed an unearned Richmond run in the eighth to tie the game. Jalen Miller reach on a Sergio Alcántara error and then later scored on a Gio Brusa double. Szkutnik then tossed a scoreless ninth to set the table for the walk-off win.
The ninth began with an Eaves walk on pitch clock violation. Gibson doubled on a fly ball to straight away center that was lost in the lights by the Richmond fielder. The Squirrels elected to issue an intentional walk to Scivicuqe, loading the bases for Alcantara and setting up a force at every base. Alcantara worked a 3-1 count before drawing a free pass, scoring Eaves to give the SeaWolves their first walk-off win of the season.
