When submitting a request, please include the following information:
- Organization Name
- Full Contact Info (name, email, and phone number)
- Mailing Address
- Event Name
- Event Date
- Purpose of the Donation
- Expected Attendance
The Eugene Emeralds thank you for considering us to be part of your fundraising event. The Ems take pride in supporting nonprofit organizations and schools both locally and across the state. Please allow at least two (2) weeks for any request to be processed. Donations will be mailed to the address provided, or your group will be contacted to schedule a pick up at the Emeralds Ticket Office.
Requests should be emailed to our Director of Community Relations, Anne Culhane at [email protected], at least two (2) weeks prior to your event with the subject line "Donation Request".
