Spring Fling Gives Fans First Opportunity to Purchase Tickets

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville Woodpeckers, Class-A Advanced afiliate of the Houston Astros, will be hosting their Inaugural Spring Fling on March 7th from 4pm-7pm at Segra Stadium. This free event will be the first opportunity for fans to purchase individual tickets for the 2020 season in-person at the BB&T Now Truist Box Office. Individual tickets will officially go on sale to the public the following Tuesday, March 10th both online and at the box office.
Fans can also take advantage of a special ticket deal where anyone who purchases a ticket for opening weekend (4/9-4/12) will receive a voucher good for any game in April or May, Sunday through Wednesday (limit four tickets). Along with individual tickets, premium memberships for the newly released Bunker's Buddies Kids Club, presented by Westwood Shopping Center, will be available.
Aside from the chance to purchase tickets and kids club memberships, children can play in the Mellow Mushroom Kids Zone and the batting cages will be open to the public. Food and beverage will also be available for purchase at 82nd and Hay and surrounding concession areas. Healy's Right Field Bar will be open and Duke vs. UNC basketball will be highlighted on the TV's starting at 6pm.
The Woodpeckers open their second season of play against the Frederick Keys on Thursday, April 9th at Segra Stadium.
