Are the hours of operation still the same for the team store, ticket office and administrative office?
The Loons team store, ticket office and administrative office is closed. Normal business hours for the office will be determined once the Stay at Home Order is lifted. Staff are currently working remotely and are available via email/phone. Tickets and merchandise are available for purchase online at Loons.com.
When will the 2021 season start?
Will there be attendance restrictions when games resume?
As of today, that is unknown. We will follow any protocols in place for community gatherings in our area when games resume.
Is Dow Diamond prepared to provide a clean and healthy environment for fans?
The Loons have always provided a safe, clean, and healthy environment for fans during all games and events. We will be taking all precautions and implementing advanced safety protocols as recommended by the Center for Disease Control, state and local health authorities, as well as Major League Baseball. We continue to make the health of guests our top priority and ensure that every possible measure will be taken to ensure the future health of guests to Dow Diamond.
