Fresno Grizzlies return home tonight to begin four-game homestand

Team will play the El Paso Chihuahuas May 6 - 9 at Chukchansi Park

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Fresno Grizzlies, Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, bring their current nine-game winning streak back to Chukchansi Park tonight with a 7:05 p.m. game against the El Paso Chihuahuas, Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres. The Grizzlies will follow Tuesday's game with a 12:05 p.m. game Wednesday, a 7:05 p.m. game Thursday, and will close out the four-game homestand on Friday with first pitch at 7:05 p.m. Gates will open to the general public at 6:05 p.m. for all 7:05 p.m. games and 11:05 a.m. for the Wednesday day game.

The 12:05 p.m. game on Wednesday will be preceded by Making The Grade, which will feature an anti-bullying address by Benjamin B. Wagner, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California at 10:30 a.m. The address will be given prior to the game to local Central Valley schools ranging from elementary to high school. As U.S. Attorney, Mr. Wagner has made the prosecution of mortgage fraud, gang violence, hate crimes, child exploitation and narcotics violations top priorities for the office. He currently serves on the Attorney General's Advisory Committee.
