What is the Ballpark Pass?

The Ballpark Pass provides access to eligible sections for all 2026 regular season home games at L.P. Frans Stadium. This is a one-time cost for the entire season, not a monthly fee.

FanRally is a fan-friendly ticket integrator that makes redeeming access passes as easy as possible!

Is this a season ticket?

No. The Pass is not a season ticket. A season ticket grants you a guaranteed seat to each of the Crawdads home games. The Ballpark Pass gives you opportunity to book a ticket in an eligible section to 2026 games, pending availability, up to three (3) games at a time.

How do I claim my tickets?

Tickets can be claimed at any point on your Crawdads FanRally account

Why can't I claim tickets to a certain game?

Tickets are subject to availability, so eligible sections may be soldout for some games. You will have the option to upgrade your pass to upgrade-eligible sections for an incremental cost!

I can't find my tickets?

Ticket barcodes will populate in your Crawdads FanRally account 4 hours prior to the game's scheduled start time.

Can I share my tickets with family or friends?

You can! You will have to redeem your Pass for tickets before you can forward tickets via email or text message.

Where are my seats?

The Ballpark Pass gets holders the ability to book tickets in eligible sections (Sections 103-105 & Sections 210-212) for Crawdads 2026 regular season home games at no additional charge after the initial cost of the pass.

Can I release my tickets after I redeemed my Pass for a certain game?

Yes! If plans change & you can no longer attend a game, you can easily release your tickets back to unlock one of your game slots, to then be applied to another game.

If I do not use all of my access passes, can I get a refund or a credit for next season?

No. If any access passes go unused, they will not be refunded, nor will credit be applied to next season.

What if I want traditional season memberships?

Traditional season memberships can be purchased by emailing the Crawdads office at [email protected]

Is there an additional cost to book the tickets?

No! There is no additional cost to book your tickets in pass-eligible sections. You will be able to upgrade your tickets to an upgrade-eligible section as you like game-by-game (subject to availability)!
