Iowa Cubs to Hold Auction to Benefit Tornado Victims
Front office staff and players' wives working together to benefit OKC Red Cross
Des Moines, IA - The Iowa Cubs front office and a group of the players' wives and girlfriends are working together to put on a memorabilia auction on Friday, May 24 during the Cubs game against the Oklahoma City RedHawks with all proceeds to be donated to the Oklahoma City Red Cross.
Fans will have a chance to bid on autographed jerseys, baseballs, bats, and various other equipment in the concourse at Principal Park. The silent auction will start when the gates open at 5:35 and run into the middle of Friday's game.
