This seasonal role is perfect for energetic, customer-focused individuals who love baseball and working with people. Please note the season starts March 27, 2026 and goes until September 13, 2026.
This position will be responsible for the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service to fans and guests
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and product knowledge
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems in a cashless retail environment
- Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Follow loss prevention and company procedures
- Represent the Iowa Cubs brand in a positive and professional manner
Preferred skills:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
