Chicago Cubs greats in Des Moines

Three of the greatest Chicago Cubs players ever will be in Des Moines to sign autographs. Andre Dawson (2010 Hall of Famer), Bill Buckner (1980 batting champ) and Lee Smith (all-time Cubs save leader) will be at MC Sports at Merle Hay Mall.

Friday, December 9
Lee Smith / Bill Buckner -- 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.
Saturday, December 10
Andre Dawson / Lee Smith / Bill Buckner -- 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 2-6 p.m., 7-9 p.m.
Sunday, December 11
Andre Dawson / Lee Smith -- 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with lunch break)

For a $20 donation get a ball autographed in a cube by Lee and Bill; and for $30 for Andre in a cube; plus an opportunity to have your picture taken with the players. A great stocking stuffer. The Fergie Jenkins Foundation will have additional items such as hats, glossies, jerseys and bats, etc. Customers' own items can be brought in to the store to be signed.
