Fifth Annual Tip A 51 Luncheon To Benefit Nevada Diabetes Association on Saturday, Aug. 30

LAS VEGAS: The Las Vegas 51s professional baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL), Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, will team up together with Tony Roma's to present "The Fifth Annual Tip A 51 Luncheon" to be held on Saturday, August 30, at Noon at Tony Roma's to benefit the Nevada Diabetes Association's "Camps for Kids" programs.

Tony Roma's is located at 620 East Sahara (and 6th street) and the phone number is 733-9914. The luncheon will cost $25 per person. The menu will include an appetizer - half onion loaf or spinach dip, main entrée - ½ rack of ribs or ¼ chicken with french fries and cole slaw and dessert - brownie sundae or apple crisp sundae, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Several 51s players will be on hand to serve food and drinks. All gratuities received by the players as well as all other proceeds from this event will benefit Nevada Diabetes Association's "Camps for Kids" programs.

"We are happy to continue the "Tip A 51 Luncheon" and to team up with Tony Roma's this year," 51s President & General Manager Don Logan said. "We are completing our 26th season in Las Vegas and we are dedicated to be a community partner and we are delighted to help benefit the Nevada Diabetes Association."
