Threshers Cancel Bobblehead Promotion

The Clearwater Threshers have cancelled the Phillies World Series Bobblehead promotion for the remainder of the 2009 season. The Threshers are in violation of the Major League Baseball Agency Agreement which, in this instance, prohibits the promotion of the Phillies brand within the home television territory of the Tampa Bay Rays. We apologize for any inconvenience and offer our sincerest apology. Any single game ticket purchased for upcoming dates of that promotion prior to June 12, 2009 will be refunded in full.
