Membership Ticket Exchange Policy

One of the many perks of Nashville Sounds Season Ticket Membership is having a flexible ticket exchange policy. Check out the options below when it comes to exchanging your tickets.

FORWARDING TICKETS: Log into your Sounds Account Manager at and select the event you wish to manage. Select the "Transfer to a Friend" option and the seats you wish to transfer. Click "Continue" to enter the recipient's information. Once completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.

SELLING TICKETS: With My Nashville Sounds Account Manager, Season Ticket Members can quickly and securely post tickets for sale that you can't use. To post tickets for sale, log in to My Account Manager and select "Manage My Tickets." From there, choose 'select an event'. Select 'Sell' within the dropdown. (Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be posted for sale). Select seats that you wish to sell and once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the post for sale process. Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the Nashville Sounds Ticket Exchange. If the ticket is sold, your account will be credited and your original ticket will no longer be valid. (Note: Do not destroy or discard your original tickets until sale of the tickets has been confirmed.)

TICKET EXCHANGE INFO: For those occasions when either your tickets have gone unused or you know you will not be able to attend a game, season ticket members may exchange game tickets for tickets of equal or lesser value to any non-premium games (Sunday - Wednesday). Ticket exchanges must be done in person 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging for. Tickets may be exchanged for the same price level or lower based on availability. In the event that a ticket exchange results in a downgrade of price level, the remaining balance will not be credited. Exchanged tickets may not be re-exchanged and must be completed in person at the First Tennessee Park Ticket Office.
