One of the many perks of Nashville Sounds Season Ticket Membership is having a flexible ticket exchange policy. Check out the options below when it comes to exchanging your tickets.

Convenient Ticket Exchange: Ticket exchanges must be done in person 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging for. Tickets may be exchanged for the same price level or lower based on availability. If a ticket exchange results in a downgrade of price level, the remaining balance will not be credited. Exchanged tickets may not be re-exchanged and must be completed in person at the First Horizon Park Ticket Office.
No Ticket Goes Unused: For occasions you are unable to come to a game and did not use the tickets, you may exchange those tickets for equal or lesser value to any non-premium games (Sunday-Wednesday) based on availability. In the event the ticket is of lesser value, the remaining balance will not be credited. Exchanged tickets may not be re-exchanged and must be completed in person at the First Horizon Park Ticket Office.
Selling Tickets: With My Nashville Sounds Account Manager, Season Ticket Members can quickly and securely post tickets for sale that you can't use.To sell your Sounds tickets, log into your Nashville Sounds Account Manager (steps provided below) to proceed with the sale. If the ticket is sold, your account will be credited, and your original ticket will no longer be valid.
Forwarding Tickets: If you want to forward your tickets to your friends, you will need to log onto your Nashville Sounds Account Manager (steps provided below). Once completed, your friend will receive an email to accept or decline and you will also receive a confirmation.
What is Account Manager and how does it work?
With My Nashville Sounds Account Manager, Season Ticket Members can quickly and securely manage all tickets at a glance, pay invoices, transfer tickets to family, friends or clients, and sell your tickets to other fans!
STEP 1 - Log in to My Account Manager and select "Manage My Tickets."
STEP 2 - Choose 'select an event'.
STEP 3 - Select 'Sell' within the dropdown. (Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be posted for sale).
STEP 4 - Select seats that you wish to sell and once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the post for sale process.
Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the Nashville Sounds Ticket Exchange. If the ticket is sold, your account will be credited, and your original ticket will no longer be valid.
Note: Do not destroy or discard your original tickets until sale of the tickets has been confirmed.
STEP 1 - Log into your Sounds Account Manager and select the event you wish to manage.
STEP 2 - Select the "Transfer to a Friend" option and the seats you wish to transfer.
STEP 3 - Click "Continue" to enter the recipient's information.
Once completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.

STEP 3 - A window will pop up prompting a login. At the bottom, click the area that says "Don't have an account? Click here"
