Manchester, NH - Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. each went 3-for-4 and hit consecutive homers in the seventh inning as the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays Double-A affiliate) obliterated the Hartford Yard Goats (Rockies) by a score of 10-3 on Friday night at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
Bichette added two doubles, scored three runs, and drove in four in one of his most productive days in Double-A. Guerrero collected two RBIs, and continues to lead the league with 46 this season. Fisher Cats starter Jon Harris (W, 3-3) was brilliant, allowing just two unearned runs in 7.1 dominant innings.
The 2015 first-round pick scattered seven hits with no walks and two strikeouts. New Hampshire started the scoring against Jack Wynkoop (L, 2-4) in the fourth inning with an RBI single from Cavan Biggio, who scored two batters later on an Andrew Guillotte sacrifice fly to make it 2-0.
The Fisher Cats opened a 6-0 lead with four runs in the sixth inning, opening the frame with five consecutive hits to chase Wynkoop from the game. Jonathan Davis singled and scored on a double from Bichette. Guerrero then singled in Bichette, and scored two batters later on a base hit from Juan Kelly. Guillotte capped the rally with another sac fly to make it 6-0.
Bichette's blast was a three-run homer to right on the first pitch he saw from Rayan González in the seventh inning.Guerrero launched the very next pitch over the wall in right. When the dust cleared, it was 10-0 New Hampshire. Hartford scored two unearned runs in the eighth inning, and added a third run on a solo homer from Brian Mundell in the top of the ninth.

The Fisher Cats improved to 9-1 against the Yard Goats this season, and will have a chance for another pair of wins in Saturday's doubleheader, with two seven-inning games scheduled to start at 5:05 p.m. Saturday is Nickelodeon Night Featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, presented by the Executive Health and Sports Center.
