Cutters and ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment to refurbish Original League Field

This Sunday (April 28), the Williamsport Crosscutters, led by groundskeepers from Brightview, will be participating in MiLB Charities' new field refurbishment initiative, MiLB Project: Refresh powered by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment. This Sunday (April 28), the Williamsport Crosscutters, led by groundskeepers from Brightview, will be participating in MiLB Charities' new field refurbishment initiative, MiLB Project: Refresh powered by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment. Through the initiative, the Crosscutters and Brightview will refresh Williamsport's Original League Field by replacing and re-grading the infield skin, edging the entire field, rebuilding the mound and home plate areas and more.
Minor League Baseball Charities is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to giving back to and enhancing the communities our teams call home. In conjunction with ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment, Minor League Baseball™ (MiLB™) and its teams are working to enhance local baseball and softball communities in MiLB cities across the country. Through MiLB Project: Refresh, the Crosscutters, Brightview and Original League will join in efforts to refurbish Original League's fields and give back to Williamsport area youth baseball and softball players.

What: The Crosscutters & Brightview, with help from ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment, its local distributors and volunteers, are working with the Original League to refurbish Original League fields as part of MiLB Project: Refresh powered by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment.

Why:   Contribute to Minor League Baseball's goal to give back to and enhance youth baseball and softball communities in MiLB cities across the country.
Original League is the birthplace of Little League Baseball and the home of the first twelve years of the Little World Series (1947-1959). It is currently the host of its own stand-alone league called Original League.
