Timber Rattlers to Host Fox River Brewing's Beer Tasting Event on December 8

GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will host Fox River Brewing's Sips & Whiffs Beer Review on Tuesday, December 8 in the Fox Communities Credit Union Fox Club at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The event will include a five-course meal with a special craft beer that will be paired with each course.

To order tickets for this event, please contact the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Ticket Office at (920) 733-4152 or (800) WI-TIMBER or stop by the ballpark Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Tickets are $55 per person and there are just 84 tickets available for the evening, so make your reservations as soon as possible. Tickets are available now through December 3.

The menu for the event:

• Appetizer: Cheese Ball Trio with Crooked Dock Pale Ale
• Soup: Winter Root Vegetable Soup with Cask Conditioned Abbey Normal and brandy soaked oak chips
• Salad: Warm Brussel Sprout Salad with Hoppy Face IPA
• Main Course: Shepard's Pie with Schwarzbier Black Lager
• Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Torte with Port Barrel Quad

If you have any food allergies, please inform the ticket office at the time of your order. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend the event.

The stadium will open at 5:00pm on the evening of the beer review and a cocktail hour will be held from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Dinner will be served from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. After dinner, the bar in The Fox Club will be open until 9:30pm.
