Tejada leads Mets to fourth straight win in 5-2 victory over Indians

Syracuse (47-48) picked up right where it left off Monday in the top of the first inning on Tuesday.
Indianapolis (47-47) tied the game in the bottom of the second.
Gagnon helped his own cause in the fifth, singling with one out.
The Indians got a run back in the sixth.
The Mets quickly answered in the seventh though. Gagnon again started a rally with a one-out double. Espinosa then was hit by a pitch, putting runners at first and second base. Tejada again found a two-run hit, this time a double to left-center field, to extend the Syracuse lead to three, 5-2.
Gagnon was stellar on the mound for Syracuse. The 29-year-old allowed just two runs and five hits in six innings pitched while striking out four batters. Mets relievers
