Adelaide, the club that had Luis Aviles Jr and Quintin Torres-Costa on their roster during the regular season, dropped Game One of the ABL Finals at Perth before bouncing back to win the last two games of the Best-of-Three series to beat Perth and win the Claxton Shield.
In the Caribbean Series, host nation Venezuela lost their opening game to Puerto Rico – with Braden Webb as the starting pitcher for Puerto Rico. However, the Venezuelans – with Orlando Arcía – have won the next three games of the tournament. Former Rattlers Wladimir Balentien and Darren Seferina are representing Curaçao in the tournament.
If you want to follow the Caribbean Series, the website is here. The games are also on ESPN Deportes and ESPN+.

Congratulations @AdelaideGiants for breaking their 43-year Claxton Shield 🛡️🏆
It was a brilliant season but we just didn't have enough to overcome the Giants, who were excellent all year 👏👏
