Notes: Led the PCL in hits in 1924 and in RBI in 1922...Played for three different PCL Champions, the San Francisco Seals in 1922, 1923 and 1925...Holds the PCL record for most hits in a series with 25 over his 37 at-bats in a series against Salt Lake City between May 20th and 25th, 1924...During that same series, Ellison set the PCL mark for most home runs in a series with 10...Hit five home runs in a doubleheader against Salt Lake City on May 25th, 1924, which is a PCL record...Played in 135 Major League games over five seasons for Detroit Tigers between 1916 and 1920.
