Altoona takes the rubber-game of the series, 8-2
Portland, Maine- Arden Pabst hit a three-run homer over the Maine Monster in the second inning and the Altoona Curve (67-55) took the rubber match over the Sea Dogs (53-70) 7-2 in front of a sellout crowd on Sunday afternoon at Hadlock Field.

The Curve also took the season series over Portland 4-3.
After two errors and two walks led to a run for Altoona in the top of the second, Pabst went yard off of
Hart (L, 7-9) allowed five runs (three earned) on four hits in five innings while walking three and striking out four.
The Sea Dogs scored both their runs on a two-run double by
Altoona added to their lead with a run in the fifth on three straight two-out singles and a passed ball. The Curve scored two more in the sixth off of
Pabst completed his Blue-Ribbon day with his fourth RBI on a two-out single in the seventh.
The Sea Dogs open up a two-game series with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) on Monday night beginning at 7:00 PM from Hadlock Field. LHP
