2021 TICKET POLICIES

The Rocket City Trash Pandas are working with state and local officials to assure that Toyota Field will be a safe, clean, and healthy venue in 2021. In addition, we are working with Major League Baseball to further implement protocols to assure the safety of our fans. The nature of the pandemic, including vaccinations, as well as MLB’s new role as the coordinator of all Minor League Baseball, means that policies and procedures are changing quickly. The Trash Pandas will always make our fans our number one priority and will keep them informed as policies change.

First and foremost, every dollar spent with the Trash Pandas will return full value to the satisfaction of our fans. Current ticket policies (subject to change) are listed below.

Full Season Ticket Holders:

Trash Pandas 2020 Full Season Ticket Holders are currently considered paid-in-full for their 2021 Season Tickets. With the shortened 60-game schedule for 2021, there will be credit added to each account for the remaining 10 games that were paid for but will not be played. This credit can be used towards ticket renewals in 2022, or any ticketed event throughout the 2021 season. In addition, for Season Ticket holders who purchased tickets prior to the cancellation of the 2020 season and did not request a refund, each Trash Panda home game season ticket will include a $5.00 per game credit to be used for food, beverage, or merchandise for the 2021 season. The additional $5 credit will be uploaded to each individual ticket and can be used for that specific gameday ($5 per ticket per game will expire after that game). Season Ticket Holders who purchased tickets after the cancellation of the 2020 season will receive full value for the anticipated 70 games. Credit will be in each account for the remaining 10 games that were paid for but will not be played, however there is no additional loaded value on the 60 game tickets for 2021. Every effort possible will be made to assure that Season Ticket holders receive the same seat location previously selected. However, seat locations may require to be moved in the event governmental restrictions make a particular seat unavailable. Season Ticket holders will be contacted before any decisions are made regarding seat location changes. Season Ticket Holders who have additional questions, should contact the Trash Pandas Ticket Office directly via phone at (256) 325-1403 or email at [email protected].

Mini-Plan Holders:

Trash Pandas 2020 Mini-Plan Holders who did not request a refund are considered paid-in-full for a 23-game Mini Plan for the 2021 season and will receive a $5.00 per game credit to be used for food, beverage, or merchandise next season. Over the next few weeks all Mini Plan holders will be contacted by the Trash Panda’s Ticket Office to select their new Mini Plans and seats. The additional $5 credit will be uploaded to each individual ticket and can be used for that specific gameday ($5 per ticket per game will expire after that game).
