Las Vegas broke a 7-7 tie with four runs in the seventh, as the Aviators downed the Salt Lake Bees 12-7 on Sunday afternoon. The Bees trailed 7-4 when they scored one run in the sixth on an RBI single by Jake Palomaki and tied it with two runs in the seventh on a balk and a run scoring double by Palomaki.

Jose Marte (0-1) would come in from the bullpen and struggle in the bottom of the seventh, as he faced four batters and all would reach base and eventually score. The Bees had taken a 2-0 lead early in the game on an RBI single in the second by Magneuris Sierra and a solo homer in the third by Jo Adell, but Las Vegas took the lead with six runs in the third off of Salt Lake starting pitcher Davis Daniel. Palomaki would lead the Bees with three hits and two runs batted in. Kean Wong added two hit and Michael Stefanic singled in the sixth to extend his hitting streak to eleven games.
