Portland, Maine -The Portland Sea Dogs, Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, have announced that the popular Sea Dogs/ Red Sox combo ticket package has returned. This ticket packages includes tickets to nine Portland Sea Dogs games and a Boston Red Sox game allowing you to see both the future and current stars of the Boston Red Sox.
The package includes a Right-Field Box Seat (section 88 or 89) to the Saturday, May 31st Red Sox game scheduled for 7:15 PM against the Tampa Bay Rays. It also includes tickets to the following Sea Dogs games:
• April 10 (Opening Day)
• April 26
• May 16 (Fireworks)
• June 3 (Will Middlebrooks bobblehead giveaway)
• June 25 (Fireworks)
• July 11 (ZOOperstars)
• July 23 (Fireworks)
• August 12 (Daniel Nava bobblehead giveaway)
• August 31 (Field of Dreams)
The package is $120.00 per seat and must be purchased in pairs. The ticket package is now on sale at the Hadlock Field Ticket Office by calling at 207-879-9500.
The Sea Dogs Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sea Dogs tickets are governed by normal Sea Dog ticket policies and Red Sox tickets are subject to Red Sox ticket policies. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions will be permitted. Game times are subject to change. Tickets for these packages are extremely limited.
These packages offer Sea Dogs fans the opportunity to see both the future and current stars of the Boston Red Sox. Last year 17 of the 25 players that were on the Red Sox World Series roster had spent time playing for the Sea Dogs including two players; Xander Bogaerts and Brandon Workman that started the 2013 season in Portland.
The Sea Dogs open the 2014 season on the road in Reading, Pennsylvania on April 3rd. The home opener is set for Thursday, April 10th at 6:00 PM against the New Britain Rock Cats.
