South Bend, IN - Beginning on Tuesday, June 23, the South Bend Cubs will play their first full series of the second half at Four Winds Field. The postseason-bound Cubs are set to host the Quad Cities River Bandits, the High-A affiliate of Kansas City Royals, in a week full of special ticket opportunities and great summer vibes at the ballpark. Located in the left-field corner next to the new Event Building, Franx Hot Dog Cart prepares a new opponent dog each week. This week, it’s the BBQ Bandit Dog, a jumbo hot dog with pulled pork, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce.
The opponent cocktail will also be available at all concourse bars throughout the series. For the Quad Cities series, it’s the Quad City Sunset, which contains white rum, blue curacao, orange juice and grenadine garnished with an orange.
