FAQ & GUIDELINES
HEALTH: If you are not feeling well, have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 or been around anyone with COVID-19 or symptoms please refrain from attending the event. Proof of vaccination is not required to attend.
TICKETS: While recommend tickets be purchased in advance online, the Box Office will open at 10:00am on Wednesday for anyone wishing to purchase tickets at the stadium.
ENTRY: Fans will be able to enter the stadium through GATES A and B (located behind home plate) and GATE D (located between the Ivy at Berlin Place buildings. Four Winds Field security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming in the ballpark. Purses, backpacks, and diaper bags are permitted but are subject to a search. Re-entry to the stadium is prohibited.
PARKING: Fans can park in any South Bend Cubs parking lot but not in the Ivy at Berlin Place lot. Parking is $10.00 and cash only. (Click here for a parking map.)
MASKS: While masks are not required, the Saint Joseph County Health Department recommends those that are unvaccinated to wear a mask.
BAG CHECK: Four Winds Field security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming in the ballpark. Purses, backpacks, and diaper bags are permitted but are subject to a search.
SEATING: All fans with a Field GA, Preferred Field GA, or Pit Premium GA ticket will have access to the field. Lawn chairs are not permitted on the field. Fans with a reserved seat ticket have a seat reserved in the seating bowl but do not have access to the field.
ACCESS TO AND FROM FIELD: All fans with a Field GA, Preferred Field GA, or Pit Premium GA ticket will need to enter the field by taking the stairs located between sections 114 & 115 and sections 117 & 118 on the 3rd base side or the stairs between sections 104 & 105 and sections 101 & 102 on the 1st base side.
SMOKING: Four Winds Field is a smoke-free facility (including e-cigarettes and vaping). Smoking is prohibited in all areas inside the gates of the stadium. There is a designated smoking area outside of Gates A & B ONLY. The area is fenced in with the stadium gates.
ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT: Indiana law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Customers are required to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The South Bend Cubs reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Indiana LASIK Centers' Guest Services, so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol will be served for the entire game. Please drink responsibly.
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS: There will be multiple hand sanitizer stations available throughout the stadium including by the entry gates, outside the restrooms, and by the concessions stands.
TEAM STORE: The Cubs Den Team Store will be open for the entire event.
CONCESSION STANDS: South Bend Cubs concessions and beer portables will be open for the entire event.
CONDUCT: While at Four Winds Field we want everyone to have a great time when they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Four Winds Field. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the stadium and criminal prosecution.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Prohibited items include outside food and beverages, glass bottles/containers, coolers, alcoholic drinks, smoking including E-Cigs, pets/animals (except Certified Assistance Dogs), weapons of any kind. The South Bend Cubs and Four Winds Field reserve the right to check any bag or container coming into the facility and confiscate any prohibited items.
RESPECTFUL: Please be respectful to all guests in attendance as this is to be a fun and relaxing family event. Everyone has their own feelings regarding the virus and the South Bend Cubs want to make sure it is an enjoyable evening for all in attendance. Please be respectful of your fellow guests and staff that will be working the event. The Cubs organization thank you for your cooperation to make sure this is a fun and safe evening.
