LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Spinners, short season affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, have officially added Brian Radle to the team's front office as the new assistant general manager.

Radle, a Harrisburg, PA native, most recently spent four years with the Wilmington Blue Rocks as the Director of Advertising Sales. During his time in Wilmington, Radle was responsible for the business development side of the team, with a particular focus on corporate partnerships. He was also involved in a wide variety of responsibilities including marketing and promotions, finance management, ticket sales, database growth, digital marketing, ticket and analytics.

"We are very pleased to welcome Brian Radle to our front office team," said Spinners' owner Dave Heller. "Brian is a rising star in baseball; he brings us a wide range of knowledge and diverse experiences and makes us better in many ways. He is a true talent, and we are counting on him to help lead the Spinners to new heights and re-introduce fans throughout the Merrimack Valley to the Spinners."

"Every encounter that I have had with Lowell Spinners leading up to this point has been fantastic." said Radle. "I have quickly fallen in love with the proud tradition here as well as the area and fan base. I'm truly excited to be a part of the new chapters we will be 'Spinning' here in Lowell, and becoming part of the Merrimack Valley community."

Prior to his time in Wilmington, Radle spent seven years in the Atlantic League. He is a graduate of LaSalle University and currently resides in North Chelmsford with his wife Jeanine and their two sons Kellan and Cam.

The Spinners made the New York-Penn League playoffs for the first time since 2009 this season and look to be well-stocked for next year. The 2017 season opens in June of next year.
