2021 Season Information

As of March 1, 2021

The Stockton Ports will continue to follow the guidance provided by Major League Baseball, the State of California, and San Joaquin County.

As new information is released, the Ports will continue to update this plan while following the most up to date guidelines set forth. Ballpark capacity will be limited throughout the 2021 season. The capacity level is subject to change and the Stockton Ports will adhere to the most updated capacity level.

How To Secure Your Tickets Today

Due to local restrictions, tickets are currently only available through the purchase of Season Tickets and Mini Plans. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a ticket plan or mini plan.

As we get closer to the season, we will open any available seats to single-game tickets. Stay up to date on the status of Ports tickets by following the Stockton Ports on social media and subscribing to our newsletter.

What to Expect

1. All tickets for the 2021 season will be available digitally or with print-at-home.

2. Fans are expected to either have their tickets on a mobile device or print-at-home for entry into Banner Island Ballpark.

3. In accordance with the state of California's guidance, no tickets will be sold on the day of the event and the will-call window will not be open.

4. The Ports will have on-site staff to assist fans with digital tickets when entering the ballpark.

1. The Stockton Ports will operate a cashless ballpark for the 2021 season.

2. All points of sale in the ballpark including parking, concession stands, and the team store will accept all major debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless forms of payment.

3. Parking spots may be reserved, in advance, via the Clutch! App.

1. In order to minimize surface touch points between gameday employees and fans, and to prevent crowding at ingress, the Stockton Ports will adopt a no bag policy in 2021.

2. Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 4.5"x 6.5“, medical bags, and manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.

1. Face Masks: MLB has mandated that all attendees age two years and older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth at all times on ballpark property other than when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. This mandate will apply to all seating locations in the ballpark and will be actively enforced.

2. Physical and social distancing

  • Ticketing and seating: Seating areas have been configured to provide proper distancing between ticketed groups. All seats will be placed in pod style seating (1,2,3,4,6) and each pod will be spaced 6 feet from any other Pod 3. Per California guidelines, all attendees must have a reserved seat and attendees will be limited to California residents.

3. Fan experience

  • The Ports will not operate the Kid Zone during the 2021 season.
  • Giveaways will be individually packed and team members distributing them will be equipped with nitrile gloves.
  • Restroom doors will be propped open to eliminate touchpoint. Sinks, urinals, and stalls will be blocked off to encourage social distancing.

4. On-field activities

  • No player autographs will be allowed
  • No fans will be permitted to be on the field at anytime before, during, and after the game.
  • National anthem, play ball kid, and pregame festivities will take place on the concourse.
