Mehring Monday: Front Office Walkup Songs
Next Monday, I will be filing reports from Minor League Spring Training. The following Monday is the day the team will be arriving to Appleton. The Monday after that….well, the team will be on a bus to Burlington, Iowa.
That makes this the final Mehring Monday of this offseason and I am turning this column over to the rest of the front office staff.
I asked them to pick the song they would use if they were going to bat in a Timber Rattlers game. I will give mine first - this is still my column after all. Everyone else's walkup music is in the order in which they responded.
Click the song title for the YouTube video.
Chris Mehring, Radio Broadcaster: Phenomenal (WWE Entrance Theme for AJ Styles). This breaks a five year streak of wanting Kurt Angle's WWE theme for my walkup song. But, with lyrics like, "You could be next. Better give respect. Cause ain't nobody breakin' this redneck" I had to make a change.
