Capital Credit Union Slide Opening Day is Set for Tuesday, May 30

GRAND CHUTE, WI – The date has finally been set! The Capital Credit Union Slide, the centerpiece of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers recent renovations at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, will be open to the public on Tuesday, May 30! The Timber Rattlers host the Peoria Chiefs in game one of a six-game series at 6:40pm. The gates to the stadium open at 5:00pm and the slide will be open, too!

The 30-foot slide is located just off the new 360° concourse in the left field corner. Fans of all ages will be able to take a trip down the slide for $2 per ride. Children ages 12 & under can have unlimited slides – and play all games in the Kids’ Zone – if they purchase a wristband for $7 on the day of the game.

The Capital Credit Union Slide at Neuroscience Group Field was created as an homage to the slide at American Family Field, the home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers have been the parent club of the Timber Rattlers since the 2009 season.

Individual tickets plus full-season, half-season, mini-plan, and flex packages for the 2023 season are available online through timberrattlers.com, over the phone at (920) 733-4152, or in person at the Timber Rattlers Box Office located at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The box office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

The Timber Rattlers continue their current homestand with the Quad Cities River Bandits tonight at 6:40pm. Wisconsin is home through Sunday, May 21 before heading out on the road to Cedar Rapids for a six-game series. The Capital Credit Union Slide opens with the return of the Rattlers on Tuesday, May 30 on a Bang for Your Buck Night presented by NEW Manufacturing Alliance and 101.1 WIXX with $2 16-ounce Pepsi products, $2 16-ounce domestic beers, and $2 hot dogs from Cher-Make.
