GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Fox Valley chapter of the American Culinary Federation has named Charles Behrmann, the Executive Chef of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, as their Chef of the Year for 2018. The award was announced during the chapter's second annual awards gala at the Bridgewood Hotel in Neenah on Monday, November 12.
