BELOIT, WI - Bryce Conley was marvelous on the mound tonight, throwing six no-hit innings to lead the Beloit Snappers to the 10-1 victory over the Fort Wayne TinCaps. Offensively, Beloit was dominant at the plate collecting 15 hits and 10 runs to secure the win in impressive fashion.

In a night where the Snappers offense was hitting on all cylinders, Bryce Conley would steal the show throwing 6 no-hit innings. Fort Wayne couldn't hit Conley all night, as Conley would be removed after the sixth with four strikeouts giving up no runs, nor no hits to earn the win for the Snappers.
Angello Infante would come in following Conley and was terrific out of the bullpen slamming the door shut to earn the save and finish the victory. Infante would throw the final three innings to earn the long save, while striking out two and only giving up three hits.
The combined no-hit bid for Beloit would end in the beginning of the seventh after Grant Little singled to right field to spoil the no-hit bid. However, that would not spoil the party, as Beloit's bats were also fantastic tonight collecting ten runs in the game.
Beloit would get the bats going in the fourth inning and would not stop there, scoring a run in each inning from the fourth on. Beloit would tally 15 hits in the game with each starter in the lineup earning at least one hit in the ballgame.
For the Snappers scoring, Payton Squier would lead the fourth inning off with a double to be later knocked in by a RBI double by Anthony Churlin. In the fifth, with runners on second and third, Cobie Vance would hit a ball hard on the ground to first base to give the Snappers the 2-0 lead after 5 complete.
After 2 runs in the sixth off of a defensive miscue from Fort Wayne and a run in the seventh, the Snappers would blow the game wide open in the eighth with a 5 run inning.
In the eighth, the Snappers would rally off five straight hits to plate 4 runs and still have runners on base. After Vance was hit by a pitch, Logan Farrar doubled to left field to plate the Snappers fifth run of the game and final run of the game, as they would go on to win 10-1.
The Snappers will head on the road to take on the Peoria Chiefs for 5 games in 3 days starting Monday before returning home Thursday to take on Kane County. The Snappers will play a doubleheader on Monday and Wednesday with a single nine-inning game on Tuesday night.
