Jeff Jurgella joined Gateway Professional Baseball and the Beloit Snappers as team president in 2021. A Madison resident, Jurgella's career has spanned more than 25 years in professional sports in the Midwest, including more than a decade at the Major League level in the Minnesota Twins front office.

“Drew Olstead joins Gateway Professional Baseball and the Beloit Snappers in his first season as Vice President of Sales. He is a Beloit, WI native, and a graduate of F.J. Turner High School and University of Wisconsin – Madison. His last stop was with the Chicago Cubs where he spent the last three seasons as a Business Development Executive.

Valentyn, a Milwaukee area native, joins the team as the VP - Marketing & Strategy, after spending the last four years out East in marketing roles within Minor League Baseball, including the last two as Director of Sponsorship Services with the Lehigh Iron Pigs, the Phillies’ AAA affiliate. Maria graduated with honors from Saint Michael’s College (VT) with a Business Administration degree, while minoring in Economics and History. She enjoys biking, playing golf, reading, and skiing in her free time.

Riley Gostisha, an Oconto Falls, Wisc. native and graduate of Oconto Falls High School.

Riley Gostisha graduated with a Sports Management Degree from High Point University in High Point, N.C., where he played collegiate baseball. Gostisha then played professional baseball for an Independent League team in Chillicothe, Ohio, before beginning a business career in professional baseball with the Snappers.

Ticket and Group Sales Operations

As a native of Buffalo, New York, Phillip is an avid Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan. In his downtime, Phillip enjoys playing golf, tennis, and gaming with friends.

Phillip Masterson graduated with a Business Management degree from the University of South Florida and earned his MBA at the University of Tampa. He worked in Marketing and Game Presentation for the South Florida Bulls before moving over to Ticketing for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, Tampa Bay Rays, and the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Merchandise and Community Relations

Bob Villarreal is entering his first season as Food & Beverage/ Operations Manager for the Beloit Snappers. This is his third season overall with the Snappers serving his first two as Field Emcee, as well as assisting in all other facets of the ball club. He's spent the last 23 years in retail management around the Rockford, IL area and is also a local high school public address announcer.

Villarreal is a graduate of Kishwaukee College in Malta, IL, where he studied Massage Therapy and Business Management.

A native of Chicago, IL, Bob is an avid fan of the the Notre Dame Fightin' Irish and Chicago Bears. In his downtime he also enjoys writing, podcasting, and adventuring out into the world with his two children.

Brent Bartels is entering his first season as the Media and Public Relations Manager for the Beloit Snappers.

Bartels is a native of Sioux Falls, SD and a 2020 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he studied Sports Media and Broadcasting.
